Agent Anna was matter of fact and answered pleasantly and relatively quickly, although I didn't get the feeling that Anna she had a great deal of knowledge about the product. I made a couple of suggestions that would have helped me and perhaps others in the ordering process. One was to include listing any additional product parts or accessories (sleeves, etc.) if available whether you have them in stock or not. The other suggestion is to show a preview of how the credit card sales invoice will appear. Overall, a good experience.

Now that I see the doll I can see photo edit has been used a good deal or far more care taken with the dolls in the photos online. The staining is no joke a peace of cloth stains the material with In a day. The bottom holes are off by a good bit. Head pops off with any force what so ever. Wigs are second rate at best. Did not come in the cloths pictured nails fingers and toes are freak flimsy. After probably 2 weeks it's become a coat holder in my closet Waist of 1500 wouldnt do it again regret this one..
