Firstly my dog loves the freshpet products. My issue is that I cannot purchase these in any of my local stores, and this is ongoing. I have spoken to your customer service team, who said there is distribution issues and been told to complain to the store manager!!!! This really does not help me!!!, I'm sure you realise that changing dog food is not good for your dog and they should maintain a regular diet. Maybe a goodwill gesture of sending me some of the products we use, until stocks are replenished. The online products are subscription only and large amounts. I would be grateful for your help.

They came out to install and climbed on the roof. Told me that I did not have line of sight and couldn't install it. There is a repeater across the street from my house and a main antenna within sight of my house. I can't understand why they can't install it.

Pets at Home has brought out a new policy on how to cut double coated dogs however this hasnt been shared with customers. As a result my dog wasn’t trimmed short enough, she’s a nervous dog & had to take her back which isn’t great.

First approach to this company feels like extortion. They ask you money upfront before they get into any contact at all. A subscription for getting in contact! So that before any estimates, any information you are bound to them. And if you don’t like the answers, good luck canceling this subscription. Old word-of-mouth works much better.

I can't thank ROVER and Kathy enough for supporting me and caring for my fur baby in a home environment with experience people to care for them. I've received photos and updates on how he is which has given me peace of mind. I'm working my way around the Rover app but I'll get there in time.

Item was very cute and came out exactly like the photo. However one of the 4 prongs to the popsocket came broken and so the popsocket comes off and doesn’t stay on the attachment piece very well. Website said no refunds or replacements for customized items so dissatisfied.

Both of my dogs immediately loved this food. Past kibble meals were met with a almost bored reluctance to eat and consumed the food slowly. Not so Dr Marty’s food. One dog carries his bowl to me abkut 15 minutes before meal time. My only regret the bags do not contain enough freez.dried food. The bag is finished by the fifth day. That leads to many bags opened in a month.
