Arrowxl had been in constant contact as soon as they received my product for delivery.They were in constant touch regarding delivery.They asked for delivery date,which was lot quicker than my expectations.The guys who came to deliver were exceptional and delivered the product without any damage to packaging.Also,they asked were we wanted the product to be put in the house.We said if they could drop it in the back garden and they did drop it in the back garden.Which was very nice of them.They should start doing all sorts of parcel as they are better than DPD.Please start doing small parcels as well.

ArrowXL have always been a professional and caring company. The delivery people are the face of the company and as such I’ve always been impressed with them. Always polite, cheery and helpful. I personally can’t praise them high enough as they’ve been consistently great.

Original delivery slot 10am to 12am. This was missed but still received emails saying delivery made successfully. Around 1pm received text saying delivery woyld be 3.30pm to 5.30pm. No explanation as to why change of times. Parcel did turn up about 5pm by small car. Van had broken down earlier apparently. Need better communication.

A great delivery from ArrowXL, got a text telling me that it was booked between 12.45-3.45pm, I received a tracking email and a phone call from the delivery guys, very polite, professional and friendly, they told me that they would be there within 10 minutes - and they were, just before 1pm, brilliant, couldn't have been any better. Both delivery driver and his assistant were great, both a good asset to the company.

The two guys were great.My customer has limited movement and access can be a bit awkward. I was planning to arrive before delivery but I was held up. By the time I arrived at customers house the job was almost done. All went well the customer was also very happy. 10/10 guys thanks again

The delivery drivers were great! Phoned me before the arrived, they were so polite and the took a lot of care to ensure they got my new appliance in the correct room without hitting any walls. The drivers were very helpful, they unpacked my new American fridge freezer and took the packaging with them! Cannot thank them enough, I highly recommend

Phone call when approximately 20 mins away gave me the chance to call my daughter (I was at work) and for her to put the dog out of the way. Showed up when they said they would and put the package where she asked them to (big heavy package) - she said they were very good. 👍🏻

Done everything that I was told the delivery were gonna do . Phoned me to let me know how long the delivery would be before it reached my home.
As I am disabled the delivery man rang my bell on arrival . Both delivery men each carried up the two boxes to my bedroom for me.
Then the man asked me to politely sign my excrptance that they had delivered my bed. Told me thank u and went again .

Excellent efficient service provided! Arrow XL kept us informed regarding delivery schedule and once the delivery team arrived they were only too happy to carry bulky item to the designated room. They were also very polite, courteous and professional!

Delivery team were extremely helpful, garden furniture that was being delivered and they carried all the way round to the rear garden and to the patio at the very back of the garden. I thought they would just have dumped it in the drive and that I would have to find someone to help me move it. They could not have been more obliging.

The delivery team Brad and Justine couldn't do enough to help and carried the heavy package through a narrow entrance to my back garden and never just left it on the front. Great work!

Arrived promptly, I was kept in touch before delivery and they very kindly delivered heavy parcels straight into the garden for me. Friendly, polite and efficient service.

Delivery was on time and the guys were great. Installation was smooth and all packaging taken away.

There was some confusion as Miele had indicated that two machines could be removed and taken for disposal. However arrow was unable to take the tumble dryer.

Delivery guys were friendly enough and arrived on time. The paperwork said we need to check the delivery before the delivery men left, they left so quickly we didn't have any time to check for any damage, luckily it was OK.

Parcel came on time rang before aswell but box all bashed think parcel been dropped as oil leaked all over box from new lawnmower so hope it works when I use it

The item arrived in good time. I had texts and emails letting me know of the date and an estimated time for delivery. On the actual morning I had a phone call to say the guys were on their way. They brought the heavy items into the house with care. They were very pleasant guys.
