My daughter bought an item sent it back recorded delivery. Got confirmation it had been received by Bad Society club in form of a photo. But they won’t give her refund back!
We have sent evidence and over past 4weeks email weekly and get no replies!
Now will have to get legal advice.
If anyone has a contact number for them or advice please let us know

follow up to my review from Jan 26, 2023 - i had to escalate this with my credit card and this company had the cheek to say the charge is correct and it is my mistake !!! had to spend ages submitting all the evidence to their bank which is lloyds proving i’ve had no refund and items returned. it’s just a joke avoid at all costs!!! try vinted lol

i wish i read the reviews before buying. bought the 'sofia' 2pcs set and the quality was horrible. tried to return the item and it says the product in not eligible for a return because its apparently a shapewear, how can leggings and a top be shapewear ???. turns out most of the items online are classed as shapewear, even their dresses which aren't allowed a return.
some items say their allowed for a refund and some aren't.
dont order from these people.

Had an issue which I contacted customer services about. They resolved my problem within 2 days!!! Really lovely team and made the whole process very smooth. Will definitely be ordering from you again. I ordered the Ella jacket and joggers and the fit and material are both so lovely and have received so many compliments.

I wish I had read all the awful reviews on here before ordering from this company. Nothing but scammers and liars. I have even seen Tik tok videos made just to highlight how awful this company is.
The are happy to take all the money they can get but you get ignored when questioning where your refund is from your returned clothes. Thank god I decided to go for signature needed from the Royal Mail or I know they would deny receiving my items back.
Please avoid this company. I don’t know how they sleep at night knowing they are scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Very unprofessional and disappointing company. I placed an order 2 weeks ago in which they emailed and assured me items would be shipped out within 12 hours and take 1-3 working days in the UK. It has been 14 days I have received no tracking and no update on my delivery. I have emailed customer service numerous times and was told in one email there was issues with the manufacture. The biggest problem is if I did not email I would have not known that. Despite issues with the manufacture they said my item would be shipped out very soon and I am still waiting for it 2 weeks later. The company is inconsiderate and is launching a new range of clothes despite not sending its customers items ordered from a previous launch . Please avoid at all cost. Untrustworthy, unprofessional and disappointing

I purchased the Kayla Jumpsuit and got so many compliments, It makes me look snatched!!! 🥹😍 I would recommend getting your actual size, I got an xs and was able to get away with it because of how stretchy the material is but I could’ve gotten a size S. Also shipping did not take long either.

Don’t even deserve the 1 star. Absolutely shocking customer service ‘please allow upto 24 hours for a response’ A MONTH later still waiting to hear anything back from the 4 emails I’ve sent chasing up an order (i placed 49 days ago!) to be emailed by the royal mail post office bad society tried to send to the wrong address and got sent back to them. I have sent them 4 emails with all the information and screenshots from royal mail about the issues to get absolutely nothing back. Do you’s honestly think it is acceptable to take almost £100 off a customer to give absolutely nothing back not even a response to an email DISGUSTING! Advising as much family and friends never to order from this place and reporting to trading standards office!
