Although fanatics was very apologetic on this " trust pilot" response , when I called them back to ask when my order was coming in - they explained not until next week . ( This response of ; " sorry we added upgraded shipping without your request , we've credited you .. well they were not not or friendly at all when I called back to ask when order would be in .. in fact the employee raised their voice scolded me that since they refunded my $6 , my order went back to ground shipping, and the whole problem that they created - that actually delayed everything.. So unfortunately the " bait and switch tactics " used online, are actually continued with the comments on this platform.. Here ; they seem very apologetic.. but when you call them - unfortunately the rudeness is only what you receive ... I urge / and would love management to contact me .. " I'd be more than happy to give the 2 names of their employees that lectured me about how legal it is for them to bait in customers with a free shipping code , and when you use that code - they automatically bill you even higher for shipping ( without your knowledge or consent ) to upgraded shipping and charge even more . *" If you don't notice the higher amount on your final total , you would never know they charged you a much higher shipping amount .. ** The attitude of the employees I spoke with actually makes me want to look at legal remedies & look at possible class action possibilities - if attorneys can locate the hundreds of other's they did this deceitful way of offering free shipping, and then actually charging extra shipping charges than normal . The response here is pleasant.. The response by employees is about the rudest you will ever encounter...
