I had a gut feeling that Viome were charlatans. Their response to a straight question that my report brought up proves it. My question: Apparently my gut lining health is not optimal. However, I don't see any specific recommendations as to how to improve this. Could you please provide some? Their answer: "Thank you for contacting Viome. Purchase online grocery shop on 9/7/23 approx 1pm for delivery the next day at 9am, quite a large shop as a member of my family has a medical procedure this week and won't be able to drive. Funds were in the bank and went into pending. Next morning I had received a message from Asda sent at midnight to say the order was cancelled. I contacted Asda who could not offer an explanation. The real problem is that the funds for my order remain pending so I unable to order again or go elsewhere until the funds are released.

I have distributed my song for the first time, and have made a mistake (marked the language as English by error). This is not a simple change by 'edit' my release. Also - am trying to upload lyric now - no success. And I cannot claim (at least not yet) my Artist name on Spotify. All these things are rather annoying. Not a great 1st release experience.
