We were given plenty of time to leisurely look at furniture, no pressure sales. The store was beautifully set up. Salesman answered our questions, took some information. Once we decided to purchase the set we liked, the process was easy. Staff was friendly and professional.

Really bad furniture experience. 40% of the items that came were scratched or defective. And returning them or even reaching out to Wayfair Customer Service is a pain in the A. Not happy at all with the service. Some reps are great, but the bad ones ruin the whole gist of the WAYFAIR store as a whole. That is why a 1-star company can improve its service and be consistent.

I have been a customer since 1995. This is the first time I have given a bad review. I received athletic shoes that were purchased on 11/2022 as a gift but did not use them right away. I wore them for the first time 07/2023 and the sole pulled off after 2 days. I tried to return them to Kohl's but was told they could not be returned since it had been past the 6 month return window. I also called customer service and was told they could not return them, that I should take them back to the store for return. I feel that since the shoes were defective, Kohl's should have waived the date restriction. This is poor customer service.

purchase and delivery went well. The instructions to put this together are only pictures and some of the details are small. I missed a step, because it was small and I think it should have been highlighted in the pictogram in a previous step. But I could undo the construction and insert the needed piece, then proceed. I love the bed and the futon that is on it.

My wife ordered a three-piece quilt set and the set was advertised as a queen size but actually was sized for a twin bed. She called to return it and was told the return label was $21.53 and to return it and she would have the remainder credited back to her credit card. Lo and behold, Overstock charged her $15.00 because the item has been discounted since she purchased it. She called to dispute that and was on the phone with three different customer reps, who do not speak English well,trying to have this corrected. Overstock is reluctant to correct the problem so she will dispute it with the credit card company and they won't be paid at all DO NOT BUY FROM OVERSTOCK.COM.Their products and policies are poor.

Customer Service was extremely helpful as I had to hold off shipment while some remodeling was finished up. The TV console arrived in perfect condition and the "white glove" team were professional and efficient.
