Fantastic customer service

I haven’t received my glasses yet, but I can say customer service is fantastic. I had a slight hiccup upon ordering as it was the incorrect shipping address. Philip on the CLEARLY live chat corrected this right away for me and now I’ll sleep tonight knowing my glasses will ship to the correct address. Thanks CLEARLY and thanks Philip!

Awesome Service

Fast service - considering the type of prescription. The product is exactly as shown/described/advertised. Over $200.00 cheaper than my local optometrist for the same enhancements and product.

Excellent customer service Nino D

I wish I could give this company a -5…

I wish I could give this company a -5 star review. From my current experience their customer service team are extremely incompetent at finding a solution to giving me an update on when my parcel will be shipped. Have waited over a month now and was given a 1-17 business day timeframe. Customer service reps just send back generic responses that they are following up with the fulfilment team but no one has any updates and it’s been days now. Asked to have this escalated to a manager so I’m waiting to see what they come back with. Ridiculously incompetent service from staff not trained properly in first point of contact customer care resolution.

Very happy customer

Having been a glasses buyer from traditional bricks and mortar businesses I approached my purchase from Clearly online with a little, understandable apprehension.

Fortunately, I had nothing to worry about. From selection to receipt the process was simple and trouble free.

The frames I chose are perfect and the prescription lenses amazing.

Because the price with the introductory discount was so competitive, I went all out and upgraded my lenses with thinner material, protective coatings and sunlight protection.

The quality is very good. There's no distortion and with the frames, lightweight and comfortable.

I'm convinced, very satisfied and will return soon for dedicated prescription sunglasses.

Daryl Fernandez went the extra mile

Daryl Fernandez went the extra mile. He had to contact my Optometrist to check that the prescription she had given me was correct, which it was not. He was very extremely helpful guiding me how to send a copy of the prescription to him.
A very pleasant, helpful, and professional person. You are lucky to have him as a staff member.
