Our driver, Umberto, was awesome! We were actually ready a bit early, and he was already there and had established contact with me via WhatsApp. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. After seeing how chaotic and frustrating the disembarkation process from our cruise ship was for so many others, I am very glad we booked a transfer with Connecto!

We used Connecto Transfers from Bordeaux Airport to La View Port Camping.
The service was great and I would recommend them. Drivers were both very nice and punctual.
The vehicle were comfortable, spacious and had A/c.
The communication from the company clear and concise.
Would definitely use them again.

We ended up struggling to find a way to get to the Nice airport early in the morning. The train does not run around 5am and their is no reliable car service in the area until we found this one! It was easy to book, they had great communication and even let us change the time of our pick up within 24hr of the transfer. This is the one to do if your looking for a safe reliable way to get to Nice airport at any time of day.

There had been a misunderstanding with the flight number so our driver called numerous times while I was in the air. Since I couldn’t answer until we landed he was agitated and unprofessional and didn’t come to meet us inside. We had to find the third floor outside while he left numerous unpleasant voicemails. He also said that he’d be there in 15minutes and it took almost 40minutes. Then he was unpleasant in the car and told me it was my fault because for some reason my number shows as spam on his phone. He also didn’t “believe” me that our flight was 3,5hours and that it was because I was in the air that I couldn’t answer my phone. Later on he kept replying to other clients while driving, it was also difficult to breathe in the car with his smell diffuser in the ac.

1. ALL Amsterdam Centraal trains were cancelled at the last minute due to weather. Connecto saved the day by promptly responded to our car service request

Highly recommend this service! I used it to get from Lake Como to Milan airport early in the morning. Our driver Ruslan arrived ahead of time for pick-up in a very nice, clean, and comfortable vehicle. Would book again!

Driver was fantastic. Was waiting for us right outside customs at CDG and took care of loading our copious luggage into the immaculate van. The drive into central Paris was longer than expected due to heavy traffic but the driver was a pleasure to talk with. He even offered to make a pit stop when he heard my wife mention to me that she needed a coffee after our overnight flight!

My trip was from Amara Hotel to Ercan international airport, Cyprus. The driver was late for 25 min, which made me nervous already about missing my flight. He also took longer route which add +15 min. Thankfully, my flight was delayed, so it all went great, but i was definitely stressed. Adding to that, he didn’t have a 5 euros change.

Overall a very professional service, with very friendly drivers.
Both the transfer from Treviso Airport to Cittadella and the return transfer from Cittadella to the airport were handled perfectly. The driver was perfectly on time, was awaiting us in the arrival hall of the airport, or at the entrance of the hotel. The cars were very comfortable, even luxurious. The driving style was very calm and safe, which is very important to me. Both drivers were very friendly and spoke very good English. Sending confirmation messages with mobile phone details in advance is very helpful. As requested the car was big enough to carry 2 large bicycle boxes. Highly recommended!

Kept me updated on where and when for the pickup. Friendly professional driver who helped pack luggage,14 items in total. The taxi was excellent and accommodated 7 people very comfortably. Overall, the experience was excellent as time was fairly tight for a flight home.

Was apprehensive about using this provider based on some reviews however my experience was flawless and stress-free . Used from and to Nantes Airport in France. Wanted to thank both of the drivers we had today for transfer from Geneva to Avoriaz. We had some hiccups on the way - we forgot to book a car seat and also had wrong address for one of our stops, but they accommodated all our request and sorted out all problems professionally and calmly. Very happy with quality of the transfer as usual. Connecto transfer is the best.
