Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting! The agent hung up on me twice with no information given. Just a ‘my bag will be delivered to day and I don’t need to talk to you’

Customer service skills should really be taught to these unmannered agents. If I could give a 0 I will.

If your bag has been left by any airline working with this company, don’t expect much at all

Just had a £180 Vodafone charge for…

Just had a £180 Vodafone charge for calling their number and holding for hours to check status on lost luggage. This an absolute and utter scam and you and British airways should be ashamed.

Attitude Ann

A person called Ann, worst experience ever. Attitude absolutely stinks. Gave her all references but she chose to hang up the phone because she is having a bad day. Asked to speak to another member of the team she claimed she is the only one. Raised a complaint via email and she actually replied to it. This is 2023 Mafia Operstions are limited now adays. You are in the wrong business Ann and your attitude absolutely stinks

Unacceptable

No information (call, text or email) received at all. Tracking number doesn't work. Bag is in their possesion since Monday with a 2.5 hour driving distance, but bag hasn't been delivered in threedays. Promised call-backs don't happen. Reasons given by email answers (never proactively) or by phone (when you finally get through) vary every day. Should be zero stars. No idea why Lufthansa works with this company.

Eagleaviation delivered my delayed luggage promptly

After BA delayed my bag from Seattle-Eagleaviation delivered my delayed luggage promptly and in excellent condition to Wishaw the morning after it was shipped from LHR to GLA. Mark the delivery driver was very nice, polite and courteous. Thank you Mark.

BA ‘forgot’ my bag from LAX to Glasgow

BA ‘forgot’ my bag from LAX to Glasgow, UK. My frustrations were not with the courier but with BA. The information given was for a number that is unobtainable and a web link to a blank page. It took a lot of digging to find out who the courier actually was.

I had limited internet and low phone battery so it was just a stressful situation that could have been avoided with BA sending the correct info.

Once I connected with Eagle Aviation they were extremely helpful and got my bag to me the following day. The Courier cannot leave your bag if no one is there to receive it so please don’t ask them to risk their job by doing so. The gentleman who delivered my bag shared my frustrations as he had been out the day previously to deliver but had been given the wrong contact info for me. He was friendly and professional - he even lifted my heavy bag inside the doorway for me.

I feel this whole process could be much more efficient for everyone involved. BA need to sort out their communication and relay the correct info.

Bag missing between Sydney

Bag missing between Sydney, Dallas, Heathrow, Glasgow.
Reported Sat 6th May 23 by 5pm. Text message by 7PM on 7th, delivered before 8PM. Calming service at Glasgow airport when reporting and efficient, friendly delivery by Mark. No drama.

BA "delayed" my bags on both my inbound and outbound journey, I was advised on Sunday my bags would arrive home on Monday night but was very pleased when I noticed a courier pull up on Sunday night with them! Mark was very courteous and my expectations were exceeded so very pleased

The luggage was lost by BA.

The luggage was lost by BA.
Eagle Aviation collected it 4 days later when BA released it to them. They picked it up from Manchester before 7 am and it was registered on the tracking system. Later it was recognised as ‘prepared for delivery’, then later we received a message to say it was due ‘out for delivery’ later that evening. They gave a predicted 2 hour slot. We waited for an hour before the time slot and an hour and 20 mins after the slot, which was after 11 pm!! … but nothing.. no bag .. no communication.. nothing.
The following morning, still no communication, no update on the tracking link. We had no clue where the bag was or whether there was any plan to return it. We literally searched everywhere to try to find a way to make some contact. Emailing 2-3 times and trying everywhere to find a number… it’s impossible.
I read lots of disturbing reviews which made me so worried..
That afternoon the tracker was finally updated and was back at the depot being ‘prepared for delivery’ again. At that point we managed to intercept the delivery and they agreed to allow us to collect the bag…Later we discovered that they failed to deliver it the night before because of f extreme traffic issues. It was Glastonbury weekend. The driver was lovely, really apologetic about not achieving the delivery we expected.
The bag was returned to us in a perfect state. No damage, nothing missing. We were very grateful.
The process isn’t ideal at all, as you are worried, anxious and frustrated before Eagle Aviation even collect your bag from the airline.. However, once they got the bag it was back with us within 36 hours..
I just wish that Eagle Aviation would improve their tracking communication. It wouldn’t be a massive investment to upgrade so the client could monitor the process. I am so grateful to them for helping us get the bag back as BA just basically ghost you
if your bag has been collected by Eagle Aviation… don’t lose heart by reading all the awful reviews.. be a bit patient.. it’s not ideal but it is in their interest to return it to you and they will.
It’s never going to be as quick as you want it to, but in my limited experience, it will get to you . Good Luck

Scammers

Scammers. No updates at all after they picked up the bags. They've had them for 3 days now but still not delivered. I could have driven myself to London and back to Glasgow 5 times in this time. Their phone number costs £10 per minute to call. What an absolute SCAM!

Why does BA use these cowboys?

I cant believe that British Airways continues to use this company. My bags have missed connections on 2 occasions in the last 12 months. On both occasions Eagle was contracted to deliver the bags. Took 4 days last time and I'm now 3 days in waiting for my bags even though they have been promised yesterday and today. I have trackers on the bags and they have not left Eagle's facility even though I've been told they are out for delivery - major FAIL

worst customer service ever…

if it was possible to give a negative number of stars i would. Awful company, never reply to emails, never reply to their own contact forms, never answer the telephone.
how a major airline like lufthansa can fail to hold to account defeats me. (normal contractual obligations etc)

If your bag is lost, simply accept that eagle aviation wont get it back to you ever . . . . .

I am so disappointed about this company…

I am so disappointed about this company that I have tried to call them to change my delivery address and I couldn’t contact them or system they have is not in good standers,I have been waiting for my baggage for almost 4 days and still i didn’t get my bag,and still I haven’t got any update about my bag ,hope they will improve their service ,My reference number is LHRUL10976

Rubbish

I had a different answer every time I called. “It’s out for delivery” “it’s in the depot” I had to call them to get any info. Nothing came from them. No calls not texts. Their call back form is a joke.
My bag has been missing for 8 days now.

I am sorry I cannot give a 0 star…

I am sorry I cannot give a 0 star rating which this company and Virgin Atlantic thoroughly deserve. It's been 3 days now since I arrived without my luggage and I still cannot reach anyone even though they claim to be a "24 hour" operation. This is clearly deceptive advertising! Can the authorities not do anything about this?

Company itself is good

Company itself is actually good and the guys reliable. Very difficult to get in touch with them. I had the feeling that's wasn't their fault. British Airways and Iberia messed up in many ways. I had a trip grom cuba and they left all the luggage of the flights in Madrid. They communicate wrong my phone number and my flatmate. And communicate wrong their phone number. Contacted British Airways for support useless. I had to help myself through eagle aviation website. phone for London is 01753965085. The guys actúally stayed in touch with me send pics of my bag. And delivered same day since when I've been in touch with them. Luca

Eagle Aviation have made my baby sick

Eagle aviation have failed to deliver my bag with essential specialised baby formula in it. My baby is now covered in hives and becoming very unwell as a result. I am distraught and don't know what to do. The 'tracking advice' keeps changing and is not reflective of the actual dates, they don't answer their phone (I've been on hold this morning for 25 minutes so far), I've never received a phone call, text or any other confirmation . The latest is that it claims to have been delivered yesterday.

Thank you Ann, great service

Superb service from Ann Alexander who went more than the extra mile to resolve a complicated issue ( not of Eagle aviations making) and ensured my case was delivered 3 weeks after it went missing in Seattle.

People make or break a business and Ann is an asset to the company.
