Never looked back…

We had always assumed a coffee machine to be an 'expensive' luxury, then were given a used one by friends upgrading theirs (also De'Longhi.) It didn't take long to realise how good it was, we had previously been using a Russell Hobbs Percolator but these no longer available. Much more economical with the coffee. This eventually gave up and we bought a De'Longhi Magnifica S and have never looked back.

value for money, if you figure out a system

works well with a non-pressurised 54mm portafilter at doses up to ~17g, and can produce great espresso with this. at doses higher than 17g (or if using very fine grind settings) the machine seems to struggle to actually push water through the puck, but things are usually great just before reaching that point. similarly, at too low a dose, or too coarse of a grind, you usually get 10s shots that are not great.

steam wand is okay. takes about 20-25s to actually do its job, and only really works with dairy whole milk, but that is sufficient for my needs.

This was bought as a gift for my son

Delonghi stilosa
This was bought as a gift for my son.
He loves his morning coffee using the machine and is still trying to work out the perfect coffee for himself.
One thing he pointed out is the shots of coffee from the 'holes' come out at different rates. Not sure if something to do with the tampering of the coffee??
Overall a good starter machine I think

De’Longhi Delight

De’Longhi are an excellent company to deal with a very fast service. You can order with full confidence in their service and products.
The Dedica Coffee Machine is just one of many excellent products and the coffee machines are simply the best. It now has the added feature of hot milk or cappuccino.

The great purchase item was received within the…

The item was received within the specified time well packaged and in good condition. It is robust, easy to store with all the attachments fitting within the bowl compartment . It is so much better than my old model even when it was new!
I liked it so much that I purchased one for my daughter and she was delighted. Compared to others on the market I thought it was value for money.

No regrets whatsoever

After weeks of search, I ended up choosing the Delonghi La Specialista Arte Manual coffee machine, and have not regretted my purchase. Compared to other coffee machines with similar specs, it is reasonably priced and easy to use. Most importantly, it makes delicious coffee.

DeLonghi Magnifica Eva…

WE bought a DeLonghi Magnifica Eva coffee machine. Soon after purchase the machine lattecrema function failed to work reliably (every single component of the milk container had to be dried several times with a hairdryer and q-tips!) We sent it back to Delonghi for repair. When it was returned they claimed they couldn’t identify the fault. Yet after one coffee using the lattecrema system, the fault returned. Not impressed

The colour is just what we were looking…

The colour is just what we were looking for so is the style, delivery wss good and promt, so we enjoy plenty of cuppa's and the toast done as we want. If they last a long tome that will be good too

Best buy we ever made.

We wanted a bean to cup coffee maker but, they were really expensive and out of our price range. Went onto De’Longhi website and found a gorgeous one for a 3rd of the price. Ordered it, it arrived when promised…………Amazing.

Expensive coffee maker without all features working

Expensive primadonna coffee machine with lot's of features needing the connect link app which is absolutely useless and doesn't connect to the machine. Reading app reviews a lot of people have the same problems. The bean adapt cannot be used without app and after lots of complaints over months and bad reviews for app no new app update to resolve.

Great tasting coffee. We buy the cleaner and salt sachets to go in the water tank from Delonghi too.

Great purchase

I have bought the kettle and toaster and am so pleased with these purchases. They have a beautiful finish and look fantastic in my kitchen. Would highly recommend.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Just a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing a cooker . I hope it works and you have a pleasant experience , I haven't !!
The cooker I had fitted July 2022 has never worked properly , constantly cutting out, the oven door fell apart and was replaced , still cut out , new thermostat fitted 15th June and it still cuts out !!
BUT we have now discovered that if you use the oven without the drawer in place it stays on . GREAT !!
So sounds like a ventilation issue !!
Have now sent two emails ,23rd June and 3rd July ... has anyone got back to me , of course not, I sent loads of emails before and they were very slow replying until on the 30th May I asked ''WHY WON'T ANYONE REPLY TO ME ''and then they did !!
So writing this review will perhaps give others the heads up to stay away .
I particularly enjoyed the bit when the oven cut out Christmas day and Easter Sunday , that was great fun !!!
Now to find out if there's a complaint procedure .

Its a great machine but so difficult to…

Its a great machine but so difficult to put the coffee handle in if i didnt have good strength i wouldnt atand a chance. Some times the steam wond wont power through so you have to try a few times before the powerfulness kicks in.

Best customer service EVER!!

Having already had my amazing De’Longhi coffee machine for a few years, I had a small problem with it always displaying “descale” message. I rang the helpline, and oh my goodness did I get they best help imaginable?

I cannot recommend them highly enough as a company. They’re not only interested in chasing sales, they really do care for their customers.

Excellent coffee

I had a De Longhi for many years and it made very good coffee. Replaced it with another De Longhi coffee machine and it makes even better coffee.

2 Brand New units faulty

The first delivery was many days later than 2-3 days advertised. The PAC did not cool the room but instead made it hotter and was returned. A replacement arrived after a month and again was faulty with a connection error, with that said it still took over 4 hours to reduce the temperature by a single degree. Not only were 2 out of 2 units faulty they were also not very good and considering the price of nearly a thousand pounds expectations were much higher.

Great little replacement

I had to get a replacement for the Dolce Gusto that blew and one that took the DG pods. I couldn't find an exact DG replacement and then found this one. Buying the XS was a slight mistake as I didn't realise just how small it was. However it's great, takes up so little room on the worktop and will do 2 tall glass coffee cups from one water tank. I do have to remember to take out the last pod as it tends to form a seal so when you use it again, I'm talking some days later, it's difficult to get the pod container open. Definitely 10/10.

Portable Air-Con

After considerable research bought the delonghi portable air con, so far very satisfied, unit works very well and is quiet mode is very good - highly recommended
