Purchased a 20ga shotgun in "very good" condition, received a 12ga shotgun in good condition with 2 missing parts. I'll keep the gun, as I gave it some TLC, and enjoy working on guns, but it'll be my last purchase from them. Forget about selling to them, they'll lowball you like a pawn shop.

One of my biggest turn offs is misleading crap and unclear business practices. I signed up for a subscription. A subscription means multiple times , over a period of time. And yet Battle Box defines a subscription in a way that nobody else does. According to Battle Box a subscription is a single order. I used the code LEVELUP when I signed up because Battle Box said that would get you the next higher Box for my 1st subscription. Not true! The code is only for your 1st Box. My 1st box was full of Chinese made junk, nowhere worth what I paid. I didn't get upset when I saw my 1st box because I thought things would equal out over the period of my "subscription". Little did I know Battle Box had a very deceptive definition of the word "subscription" The pisser is that had I not been made to feel like I've been duped , I would have stayed well beyond a year. Battle Box would have had a happy customer who they made money off, for an extended period of time. I would have also been a customer who told all the like minded people that I know , about how great Battle Box is. Instead they were shortsighted. They chose to mislead people to bait them in , all so they could make money off them in the short term. And that lost them what could have been a customer who was happy with doing business with them , and who would have stayed and done business with them over and over again...

When the ammo that I ordered did not fit my pistol, Ammo Depot Service Rep Vani was contacted. He requested photos of the misfit, then, within a day, or so, issued me a RMD. I received a full refund, plus shipping, even tho I had fired 6 rounds out of 500 ordered! THAT'S customer service, and I will purchase ammo from them again!

I wouldn't recommend buying Accend kyaks from Bass Pro, I have purchased 2 of them one in 2020 and one in 2021. Both were only used 8 and 4 times. I called Bass Pro since I still have the receipts and was told since it is over a year they couldn't help me. Which is really too bad since between the two I spent over $1,400.00.
