Piece of Cake Moving and Storage has the best people, processes and redundancies in place of any moving company I've experienced. The business is set up to succeed. From my initial email to when the door closed on my new place with all my things inside, everything was handled professionally, expertly and without hassles. The sales person ran me through the process, took a list of my belongings and gave me an estimate I could live with. As the move drew near, I added and subtracted items and each time my estimate was updated, no questions asked. They confirmed the details several times. The pickup and drop-off crews were prompt, courteous and treated my belongs as if they were their own. I can't say enough about this company. Frank and Miller swiftly loaded the truck in GA while taking great care not to damage any of my cottage furniture. Throughout the challenging five hour job they maintained smiles on their face and engaged in pleasant banter making them an outstanding. THUMBS UP!

First approach to this company feels like extortion. They ask you money upfront before they get into any contact at all. A subscription for getting in contact! So that before any estimates, any information you are bound to them. And if you don’t like the answers, good luck canceling this subscription. Old word-of-mouth works much better.

Cleaners are good, but the cost is much more than they lead you to believe. Read all the fine print, and beware the discounts that seem too good to be true.
