Valerie had issues entering my residence to complete the transaction even though my house is accessible to everyone. They were also slightly impatient during this transaction and don't seem to know how housing works in ffxiv. I'd recommend they at least learn a bit about how things work to make this a smoother process for everyone.
Edit: Jason was super helpful in discussing the issue and giving me compensation. Will definitely order again soon!
