I got scholarship from Ixdf in year 2022 and I was working as a Senior UX Designer but stuck in that place, want to grow in my career. It was difficult to find what is lagging behind to grow in my career. This shows not only in an affordable price for their service but in how accessible the content is. Whether you‘re a total beginner or have had some years of experience. Well curated learning paths for different experience levels or backgrounds take you by the hand and bring you to your desired goal. The overall tone of the platform is very welcoming, warm and empathetic. User support has short response times and is really really nice and helpful.

The courses span a wide range of topics. From user interface design to service design. From user journey mapping to psychology of interaction design. The content is brought to you by experienced lecturers with industry and academic backgrounds. The IxDF is supported by prominent names such as Don Norman or Vitaly Friedman (and many more) who actively contribute to the platform, offer courses and master classes and have seats in the advisory board of IxDF.

The courses make sure you understand what you learn. The content is presented in an appealing way, a mixture of well structured long reads, videos, info graphics, downloadable PDFs and assignments that nudge you into practicing what you learned. The courses are self paced. You decide for yourself how quick and how much you want to do at once. You can always discuss assignments and questions with fellow students in the IxDF community forums. You can assess your own understanding by answering multiple choice questions that conclude each course section. The scores rewarded for them count towards a total grade on a certificate which is issued by the end of the course.

So whether you‘re into earning industry recognized certificates to put on your CV or into learning new or deepening existing skills, IxDF is a great resource with a vast offer and a total recommendation.

IxDF is trusted worldwide as a reference in areas such as digital product design, user experience's whole scope, service design and trends within those areas. Their courses are taught by remarkable and respected authorities in their fields of work, but magically their courses and masterclasses are acessible to both newcomers or experienced professionals, with lots of videos and exercises that makes learning a fun and rewarding experience. If you've never tried IxDF before, you should at least check what they are offering to see for yourself. The relationship and cost per seat also deserve mention here!

IxDF takes UX to another level! Their courses push you behind interface design and guide you towards designing in a way that is thoughtful and considerate of users, in a way that ensures successful designs, and in a way that challenges you to help humanity through design.


Another thing that I admire at IxDF is the variety offered. Some lessons are in video format while others are text. Some videos are theory while others are interviews. They even have courses with practical exercises and/or with demos! Plus, you can participate in communities that take the same course and build your portfolio while you work on the course.

Overall, my experience with IXDF has been excellent. What sets IXDF apart is that even my seniors and managers are aware of the value of this certificate (coz some of them also have one or two from IxDF) and are pleased to see my commitment to enhancing my knowledge of UX. Compared to other learning platforms I’ve explored, IXDF has provided me with an unparalleled level of depth and quality in the courses I’ve taken. The comprehensive curriculum and interactive learning materials have significantly enriched my understanding of interactive experience design. Additionally, the practical exercises and real-world examples have allowed me to apply the concepts learned directly to my work.

I appreciate how IXDF caters to both beginners and seasoned professionals, accommodating learners at various stages of their UX design journey. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the interaction design membership, and I must say, it was truly remarkable. The attention to detail and the seamless user experience throughout the courses were commendable. The courses content were rich and comprehensive, providing a solid foundation in the subject matter.

The interface was intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. The visual elements were well-designed but it will be great to be rich to help us keep our visualization active, It was evident that a lot of thought and effort went into crafting the interaction design, and it greatly enhanced the overall learning experience.

While the courses excelled in many aspects, there is potential for improvement when it comes to recommending the courses to beginners. The content, although comprehensive, might be overwhelming for someone who is just starting in the subject. It would be beneficial to provide more introductory material or beginner or less content depending on the learner level.

Courses and master classes from Interaction Design Foundation have significantly helped me grow as a designer, and most recently as a UX leader. The courses have tought me both actionable hands-on skills and also new mindsets and ways of thinking. I especially like the possibility to study at my own pace and return to any course materials afterwards.

By this date I've completed 5 courses and attended 4 master classes.

My only small complaint is about the multiple choice questions that determine your course points. Most of the time they are good: you really need to have comprehended what was taught on the lesson to be able to answer correctly. But sometimes they ask trivial details that don't really define your design skills in any way (e.g. which year did x do y) and sometimes the wrong answers are written in a downright obvious way.

The lecturers have all been great, very professional and well-known in design industry. My special mention goes to Laura Klein for her super well structured and practical courses and master classes. They've had the most impact on my own design expertise!

I love how each lesson is structured to make as much sense as possible and also how the questions at the end of each class really make you think and analyze what you have learned. My second favorite aspect of the IxDF is the paths they created so anyone interested on a specific area of UX has the opportunity to focus on that.

I am a senior UX designer and researcher, and I joined IDF to enhance my skills. I was surprised by the variety and quality of the courses, which are in-depth, comprehensive, and taught by professional instructors from around the world. This gives the courses a multicultural perspective on how UX is approached in the industry, and it doesn't confine us to just one methodology. The courses introduce various techniques and methods, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. Even the courses for beginners are comprehensive and complete. I highly recommend both the advanced and beginner courses.

I recently completed the course 'Design for Thought and Emotion,' and I am truly amazed at the impact it had on my approach to design.
The course, led by Alan Dix, delved deep into the psychological aspects of design and how it influences user emotions.
This course has completely transformed the way I approach design, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to create impactful and emotionally resonant designs.
The only missing aspect is that while there are two practical tasks in the course, the instructor does not show detailed guidance on how to complete the practical projects.

The community meet ups are really helpful as they allow for collaboration and engagements with others that are doing the same job as I am.

The course interface is engaging and easy to navigate which helps with the overall flow.
