The payouts are a few percent less than the average offerwalls, But where they lack in rewards they make up for in customer appreciation. I just had a missed reward, wrote a ticket, got a semi-human response in <<\\15min. And it was corrected in about an Hours time.

This is only the second time in 2 years that I didn't get reward credit for achieving a goal. I submitted screenshots from the game showing that I did meet the requirement. Customer support fixed the issue very quickly this time, and I appreciate that.

Been a member playing games when I have free time for a couple years now. Just had my first issue with not receiving credits as expected, I contacted support and after a couple messages back and forth with information being obtained, I received my credit. It's fun to try new games, earning money to play is fun too, very happy

This company has great customer service. When I had an issue, I put in a ticket, and in less than 24 hours had the issue resolved. There are not many companies out there that can resolve issues this quickly. I appreciate your efficiency!

Everytime I don't receive an award for a task I've completed. I contact support and submit proof. They always reply with respect in a timely manner. Keep me updated with the process. Great customer service. Very friendly. More companies should have customer service like this. Everyone great job. Keep up the good work!

Response rate is excellent. S long s you provide proof you completed requirements. I even submitted proof on wrong game and when I realized my mistake and sent in correct proof they rectified the issues. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is th fact that the games don't register when you complete task in full forcing you to contact vendor, which is more time

Though it took some time to resolve the issue they got to the bottom of it and granted me my reward for completion of the goal. It's great knowing that if I have an issue there is someone out there that will do the work to get me what I have taken the time to earn.

When I actually showed proff of me completing a level and not receiving the reward they promptly gave me the missing reward. I've played a lot of games and haven't been rewarded and it sucks but just play is the real deal I just wish you could do surveys and some other things to earn cash.

Customer support did not provide any sort of support, simply a denial of the reward for a task that was completed as requested. Uploading files/screenshots as proof means nothing. Absolute scam.

I love playing this games. I play them to get money. However it is very frustrating when I have to wait more then 24 hrs to getting my rewards upon completion.
this time I email customers support it taken them a month and a half to get my reward.
if I meet the requirements o. time it's only fair my rewards are given in time. otherwise the games are good.

At first my support ticket was rejected by the offerwall support team and then someone else of the team came to assist me and resolved the issue. Once again I did not receive the rewards for another offer I competed and I was once again rejected. I cannot keep going back and forth like this. I complete offers just to not be rewarded, then proceed to provide evidence of the completion just to then be denied by the Offerwall support team. This has been an unpleasant experience and I will no longer be using Offerwall.

This company runs a scam...it makes revenue through excessive pop up adds in a barely tolerable and repetitive game, claiming to pay for this exhaustive abuse. When pay time comes, they claim you did not meet criteria, and advise next time to follow instruction. This is part of a greed and misrepresentation campaign by this company that is prevalent in all their apps.
