this company takes your money its very difficult to communicate with right person ,always somebody else..cant find simple things to file small claims over charge you...had 6 cases coulnt handle find somebody else close to you so you can get them to work with you close

Applied on Mar. 08, 2023, it's been 4 months that I'm waiting for the EIN. Dozen of emails sent and the only response they give you is "all we can do is wait patiently". I paid $300 for a Gold Package + state filing fee. The EIN filing/obtainment was supposed to be free. When I ask for a refund of the service they can't provide, they just dodge my request and say that I can file for the EIN on my own... just as bad as a SCAM
