One of the best cakes lve ever eaten! Absolutely delicious and moist. Easy to collect from the refrigerated locker. Packaged very well too easily transport with a thermometer to let you know how cool it's keeping. Have already recommended the service to people!

The cake was ready for collection at the designated shop, the collection was super easy and fast, my son loved the ice cream themed cake, lola’s is my go-to place for cakes! 2 allow collection at North Greenwich in the future it would massively help!

I ordered a pink party cake with mini cupcakes on top for my daughters 12th birthday. The chocolate cake was not nice didn’t have no moist the bottom of the cake was way over cooked to the point it was stuck on to the silver tray, any second longer of cooking the bottom layer it would have been burnt. Can’t believe I paid £75 for the cake & £13 for delivery. Lolas is usually so delicious could not believe what a disappointment this cake was

I'm always confident ordering from Lola's Cupcakes for birthday occasions and they never let me down. I recently ordered the Football cake for my son and it was larger than I thought it would be, which was a bonus and meant there was plenty of second helpings! The cake tasted fantastic as usual, lovely texture to the sponge and plenty of frosting so the perfect treat! Can't wait for the next family birthday so I can ordered from Lola's again!

GF fresh berry cake was delicious, with a lovely blueberry and cream cheese fillijng. Store accommodated request to hold my cake a couple extra days. Cake was beautifully decorated and professionally packaged.

Delivered on the day requested as a birthday surprise. Enjoyed and devoured by all concerned. Gluten Free ones were exceptional - such a nice surprise as so many GF products are dry or taste like cardboard. Lola's are so good we keep looking for excuses to buy more.

Having the option to pick a delivery window is what made the final decision when ordering this years cake. And lucky for us Lola hit the mark this year as we always use hummingbirds. To our surprise lolas was not as sweet and hummingbirds which is great. The cake was moist and the decorations was A* my son loved the fact that the cars were real. Defo will be using them again as hummingbirds are slowly losing brownie points.

From start (online ordering) to finish (collecting from Stratford Westfield Kiosk) the experience was perfect.
Online ordering was fine, great description of how big or small the cake was going to be. The only downside was that my local locker was booked up for the weekend I needed the cake and so I had to travel to collect. No big deal. Also there were no sign up discounts which I later found out had to be obtained in store.
Faultless communication about my cake being ready for collection wit order numbers etc.
Collecting the cake was easy, lovely helpful and friendly staff.
I will definitely be purchasing again.

My entire family is obsessed with Lola’s red velvet cake so every celebration we have to buy it and it’s consumed within a day or two. The ladybird cake I ordered for my daughter’s birthday looked and tasted great. All my guests said it was perfect and just the right amount of sweetness, although I found it slightly sweeter than I prefer. Most importantly, it was all eaten and the birthday girl loved it. The staff member who helped me order the cake was helpful and answered all my questions kindly. I thought it was good quality for what I paid and I would order from Lola’s in Kingston again.

I had a problem opening the locker which contained my cake . The very helpful person sorted it out and I was so grateful when it opened !
Also not having to go all the way to the store was a bonus as the locker collection very convenient for me .

We ordered a delicious Jungle fantasy cake and the process for ordering via the stall in Brent Cross was nice and easy. To be fair, we have also ordered from the website whichwas just as easy. The cake was incredible and everyone has seconds, and even thirds in some instances. The one thing that would be nice in the future would be to see the option of having a vegan sponge option as we have a significant number of guests who dont eat eggs. Otherwise, it was a fantastic cake with delicious vanilla sponge with buttercream and tasty raspberry filling.

I normally take cupcakes from Kingscross station from Lola's. This year I decided to order the cake as well for my twin daughters 9th Birthday! and it was super easy to order online and the collection point was in Hatfield which was close to me. The taste of the cake was amazing as expected and I think price was also very reasonable and competitive.
