Like Meals are all packaged well and delivered in a cold bag with a block of ice to keep cold and fresh. They send you a tracking text so you know when your delivery has arrived. Great range of meals: fish, steak, tacos, noodles, indian , pizza and burgers all made with great recipes and ingredients. A generous selection of cuisines to choose from every single week. Decent options for special diets including diabetic, low cholesterol, pescatarian and vegetarian options. Did not like If you do not order early, popular selections can sometimes run out. After the special offers run out then the 4 meals per week can get expensive and the weekly price has increased over the last 3 years. Some portions like steak were on the large and some dishes like the noodles were on the smaller side.

The smoothies are so nummy and filling. High quality ingredients. Accurate and fast delivery. Only one bad thing is that during shipping I always lose one or two smoothies from the lid popping off and seal breaking. Fruit bits everywhere in box makes a mess.

The food is actually delicious but the delivery company they use are unprofessional. Multiple instances they never deliver it or most recently they delivered a bag completely open with food spilled everywhere! Another instance, they verbally threatened my doorman. I’ve emailed the company many times, and they keep claiming they’ve credited my account or refunded me (which never happened) It’s time I move on.

Since becoming a customer in January 2023, I've been enjoying their many different meal creations that are all different from those in the typical American diet. Each meal is packed with whole-food plant-based ingredients expertly crafted to provide excellent tastes, that I've never experienced before in my 87 years. Also, I feel I'm getting the wide diversity of plant fibers, which I so often read about lately that are necessary for a healthy gut microbiome affecting the entire body. This has been a welcome addition to the large plant-based part of my diet.

Some ingredients are damaged when it delivered. Ice pack was leaking most of the time. It's average. Price is good.
