Worst Customer Service Ever- Put an immediate freeze on your card if you choose to get one. If your card is ever compromised by a random person guessing card numbers (no pin or security code required), you will catch hell trying to get your money back. Customer service will transfer you to the fraud department after they waste 30 minutes of your time waiting there. Then your will spend hours waiting for the next department to answer. I think it's hours, because I have always hung up after 90 minutes. I have NEVER reached the fraud department, so I can't tell you if they really even exist. There are many better cards than this one and I regret ever opening this account.
