Awesome experience with Chandler and her fellow staff. We started late into escrow and Chandler assured us that they would have no issue with closing on time. She was good on her word and we closed without any issues. Network really made the process easy for us and would surely use them again.

Loren is great to deal with. He is prompt and follows through on everything. He worked especially hard for us because we ran into a couple of small hurdles and he was there with us to help get things straightened out and taken care of. I will definitely do business with him again.

I would rate 3.5 stars if I could, but since I can't, I will just round up to 4 since the process completed successfully.
They are very competitive with their costs and have matched every other offer we received. There were a few small bumps and headaches along the way, some of which were stressful, and after closing, they were not helpful in solving some oddities with our data on the application.
Overall, I will give them another shot for future needs.

Loren was very familiar with the loan process and responsive to our questions and concerns. He took the time, even during his personal time off, to make sure were comfortable with the information provided to us. Every matter was addressed professionally and politely. Damian was an angel!! I did not think that I could refinance my house but he showed me how it could be done and I could pay off all my bills to boot. And it actually happened!! I have been able to get projects done around the house and possibly have enough left over for a vacation!!!
