Much better experience all round than attempting to get an appointment with my local GP. You’re lucky if they answer the phone never mind getting an appointment somewhere in the next 6mths. Superdrug online made things so quick, simple, straightforward and no hassle! Much better option than battling with obstructive receptionists at your GP surgery. Easier to pay a small fee and have an efficient service than jump through hoops to get nowhere. I have been using Superdrug‘s online service now since November 2022 and wouldn't go elsewhere now.

Usual Mini Pill ordered & approved by Doctor but then product was unavailable due to problems with manufacturers until further notice. Order was cancelled by Superdrug & money returned quickly. Doctor listed suitable alternatives to the product and I was able to order one of those. I had a second medical questionnaire to fill out but the same Doctor approved my order quickly and it arrived 2 days later. Excellent service all round.

Hi just to say, I am a Pharmacist myself, I ordered a stat dose of metronidazole knowing that when I was 12 I had a slight reaction to it but I wanted to rechallenge this rather than choosing alternative and it was fine. My symptoms resolved but I would feed back that at the moment if you look at my summary care record it states allergy to metronidazole yet the script was passed. (I didn't enter it in The allergies box though)

Great service! Fast authorisation, prompt delivery & an all round good experience. Would certainly recommend. It was a lot quicker than I'd expect from the NHS at this time, when taking into account what I required & cost roughly the same concerning a prescription equivalent. Thank you Doctor!

My medication order was dealt with very quickly.
I received regular updates as to what was happening and when my parcel would be delivered.
The online questionnaire was straightforward and I was notified when my order was approved.

Ordered almost a week ago. A quicker solution to my problem. However, my problem is still unsolved because I’m still waiting. When I went online it appeared that I would get my medication within 24 to 48 hours one week later I’m still waiting it’s not on. I would’ve been quicker to get a GP appointment and would’ve got my medication and feeling better by now.

I ordered to store so I could collect my prescription on a Sunday. I thought this would be convenient. Apparently not because all Superdrug pharmacies nationwide are closed on Sunday. You should publicise this and make it clear to people ordering online. I am now going to be without my prescription a minimum of 4 days. Awful service - and no one answers the phone lines, I was on hold forced to listen to Jazz for over 10 minute before giving up.
