I tried to open a business account. I submitted the documentation the first time, Panacea said they didn’t get it. I submitted the documentation again, the Banker said she waiting to hear back from the “legal, new accounts, fraud” department. I said “Ok”, and waited, and waited. They never followed up. It’s one thing to “insinuate” that one would engage in fraud, but it’s an entirely different thing when you don’t have the decency to move the process forward once YOU DO NOT FIND FRAUD. What “real bank” takes 40 days to open a business account?

Panacea Financial was very direct with its services. There was a very quick turnaround between the time loan arrangements were being discussed and the time the funds were dispersed into my account. I was given a personal banker who was very transparent about the requirements of the loan and how to best proceed for an efficient process. Highly recommend!

As a medical doctor, it is nice to have a banking company that knows the needs of clients they are trying to serve. I am glad that I was introduce to Panacea Financial. When other banks rejected me, they gave me a chance. They were not judgmental, but their goal was to get me the funds so that I can start with my project. Everyone was so organized and worked fast. I'm so glad Panacea exists! As a new physician, I've had nonstop expenses (interview travels, moving, licenses, board exam fees etc) that really took a toll on my credit score.
