Great customer support!

I had an issue after changing my email into an iCloud "Hide my Email" address, I was unable to change it back through the website.
After contacting customer support, helped me through the process of changing my email back to my normal one.
I've used all forms of their customer support; call, chat, & email, never had an issue!

I love the ease of opening an account…

I love the ease of opening an account and the great interest rate you offer. What I find annoying are:
1. Two separate Online sites (Quontic.com and olb.Quontic.com) make it cumbersome to logon.
2. After opening the account, the web site showed different amounts for the account balance and the available account balance, with the amounts changing back and forth over a few days.
3. Having to wait 30 days before setting up an external account to establishing transfers.
4. Discovering the High Yield Savings Account is actually a Money Market Account, with limited monthly transactions permissible.

As I said, these are annoyances, but nothing compared to the convenience of an Online bank and the high interest rate you offer.

Horrible

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. In the process of funding account, initial funds returned for some reason and I worked on fixing that. They closed my account and nothing I can do about it

I’ve NEVER been SO frustrated in my…

I’ve NEVER been SO frustrated in my entire life. Multiple attempts to move money to an outside institution & it NEVER happens. However…there was NO PROBLEM moving money FROM THAT SAME INSTITUTION to Quontic when setting up my accounts. I’m ready to move on. Two months later…..really frustrated.

Unexpected Behavior

Unfortunately, I regret my decision to open an account at Quontic. On the positive side, they offer VERY competitive rates and their customer service is also very good. On the bad side, I have had much difficulty DEPOSITING money into my account! For some reason Quontic makes it very difficult to deposit sums of money larger than $2000 at a time. Also, the monthly deposit limit adds to the frustration. The bottom line is you may get a relatively high interest rate, but it will take a LONG TIME to move a large sum of money into a Quontic account. I've never experienced anything like this at any other online bank. I'd recommend Ally Bank over Quontic.

Great customer service, but…..

The customer service has always been top notch when reaching out for assistance and/or help. My issues have been solved in a timely manner and all questions answered. The reason for four stars is the mobile banking and lack of some features. The mobile app is very slow and dated and does not include common features (Account numbers, credit score, ease of use etc.). As a digital bank Quontic seems to be falling behind on features (savings roundup, app features, outdated software. I will keep submitting feedback to the Quontic team.

Update: Quontic could not get my direct deposit to work properly (payroll provider tried multiple times and Quontic support did not help).

I was extremly happy with the service…

I was extremly happy with the service that Connie Brazier & Vasiliki Athanasopoulos with Quontic Bank
provided during my home purchase.
These outstanding ladies were friendly, knowledgeable & responsive to every question I had about my loan throughout the entire process which alleviated a lot of stress for me. I would definitely be thrilled to work with them again if needed in the future.

Quontic is a revelation. No more bricks and mortar bank for me.

Quontic is my first entirely digital banking experience. I did a lot of research, but was still nervous about making a commitment. Since proceeding it's been the best banking experience ever. I'll jump right to Customer Service. Forget the ChatBot vortex. Quontic has humans and they want to talk. As a newbie I had some simple queries and some harder ones. All the same to them. Plus direct messaging inside my account works perfectly for providing attachments alongside text. I have a checking account that bears interest worthy of the name, and a high yield savings account that's right up there for interest rate. Intuitive, easy to use apps - they may be a little aesthetically under-designed for some folks, but they work. Simple, responsive, accurate. Selected the debit and ATM card options when signing up and passed on the Pay Ring. Changed my mind and very glad I did. Finger measuring easy with the special tape provided. The ring is accurate size, looks great, and has to be the future of tap to pay, especially for coffee addicts who need to pay quick and get back to their table before it's not their's anymore.

One of the worst customer experiences…

One of the worst customer experiences ever!! I receied a letter form the bank saying becuse I had not made any deposits or withdraws from my money market account my account was dormant. And as such I had to send them this signed letter and a copt of my drivers license which I promptly did.

I then receive an encryped email telling me what I sent is not good enough and they now wnat me to take a photo of me holding my drivers license, ridiculous right? I refeued and told them I provided exactly what they requested and wanted to close my account. They then froze the account and told me if I wrote a check against it it would not clear.

I finally got a supervisor to review this and open the account which I promptly closed. Their website is terrible and hard to use and the service if you can call it that is bad!! Find another bank and dont be lured by the high interest rates. It's not worth the agggravation!!

I'm new to Quontic

I'm new to Quontic, and still unfamiliar with the website and procedures. Setting up and managing accounts seems somewhat convoluted compared to other online banks, but a phone call to customer service provided a great deal of help. Their rates are certainly some of the best available, and I hope to build a CD ladder at Quontic. Until at least one CD matures I can't give a complete evaluation, but so far so good.

Opening new savings and checking…was great with one exception!

Opening new savings and checking accounts was easy and fast. Their interest rates are market leading.
The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 is because it appears that the only free way to add more funds is to remote deposit a check. I would prefer being able to link my existing savings account(s) and make ACH transfers.

During the first thirty (30) days of opening your account, you can use any of the following move money methods to transfer funds to and from your Quontic account:

• Zelle (Only compatible with Checking Accounts)
• Wire Transfer (Fees Apply)
• ACH Transfer initiated with your other financial institution
• Person to Person via external transfer initiated with your other financial institution
• Mobile Deposit - Daily limit is $5,000 / $25,000 per statement cycle

Note: You will need your bank account number and the routing number 021473030 to add your Quontic Bank account as an external account with your other financial institution(s).

my mortgages solution

As a repeat customer of Quontic Bank and specifically of Joseph Allen I can say that I am totally satisfied with the service I receive from Joe and his Team. The team is always available to answer my questions, they truly provide excellent service. Crunch time

My experience with Joseph and his team went above my expectations. Their profile says they operate outside of the box and it was so true, as I did an out of state purchase,with a FHA loan, everything was a challenge, but they were able to overcome and brought me to closing. THANKS GUYS GREAT JOB!!

Best bank ever...Applying for an…

Best bank ever...Applying for an account was the easy and very straightforward. Mobile banking and online banking is user-friendly. When they contact you by email everything is explained in detail and they do respond timely unlike most other banks. Great work....they put people first

Incredible turned into credible

I was all disappointed and hopeless when i reached quontic bank. I had tryed all the local banks and credit unions and they all turned me down. I was not being approved for home loan despite my wonderful credit history and rating and even with 20% down payment, then quontic came in my way and every step of the way from pre approval to closing it was a fairytale for me. I saw incredible things happening. They made my family’s dream come true. I couldn’t believe it happened in only 2 months time. Thank you qountic bank.

Outstanding customer service!

I was having some difficulty opening up and funding a new online savings account. A call to the 800 number was answered promptly. The folks I spoke with couldn’t have been more patient and professional. They walked me through the registration and funding process. It was so refreshing to find outstanding customer service. I’m looking forward to a long term banking relationship with Quontic.

Happy with the switch from a credit union

Switching from a nonresponsive credit union, my experience with Quontic has been incredible so far. Customer Service has been prompt and easy. Everyone on email has been very fast to respond and helpful. I am very pleased with switching over and now have both a checking and savings account with them.

I found out about Quontic Bank through…

I found out about Quontic Bank through a Forbes article. I found the CD rates were far more competitive than any other banks. The opening process was fairly easy. I was a little nervous about opening with an online bank, but so far I'm satisfied with the product I purchased.
