Quontic is a revelation. No more bricks and mortar bank for me.
Quontic is my first entirely digital banking experience. I did a lot of research, but was still nervous about making a commitment. Since proceeding it's been the best banking experience ever. I'll jump right to Customer Service. Forget the ChatBot vortex. Quontic has humans and they want to talk. As a newbie I had some simple queries and some harder ones. All the same to them. Plus direct messaging inside my account works perfectly for providing attachments alongside text. I have a checking account that bears interest worthy of the name, and a high yield savings account that's right up there for interest rate. Intuitive, easy to use apps - they may be a little aesthetically under-designed for some folks, but they work. Simple, responsive, accurate. Selected the debit and ATM card options when signing up and passed on the Pay Ring. Changed my mind and very glad I did. Finger measuring easy with the special tape provided. The ring is accurate size, looks great, and has to be the future of tap to pay, especially for coffee addicts who need to pay quick and get back to their table before it's not their's anymore.
