I still can’t believe it! I applied for a personal loan and was not only approved but the funds were in my bank later in the day! I can’t believe how fast the turnaround was. SoFi is the MOST MAGNIFICENT loan team to work with in California! This is the 2nd time that Sofie helped me. Last year October I had to do urgent total roof replacement in my house in Orlando which I didn’t have budget for and Sofie granted me a loan for that. Pretty simple and painless process on their website and the follow-up emails and notifications are the right balance between being a good reminder and annoying. Nice getting a personal callback pretty quickly from one of your representatives. Mine was great and very informative without being pushy. All-in-all....just a good setup.

I have seen your commercials on TV and was tired of the increasing APR's on my credit cards due to this great economy. I googled your site to check it out and within a half an hour I had applied and been approved for a loan and paid off three cards which I have no intent to use again. However, I chose 2 options to receive a .25% discount on my APR which should have given me a .50 % discount from the option I chose but that was not applied to the signature form that I completed.

Working with Sofi was easy and fast. There were a few issues where I sent documents, but the app kept saying I was missing documents. However, I called customer service, got a live person right away (we love a live person) and it was fixed. Within minutes I was able to settle everything!

Due to rising interest rates I needed to find a way to lower the interest rates and pay them off quicker. I initially first went to Wells Fargo as I have an established relationship with them. Well that didn't matter as after 2 weeks waiting for an answer they pretty much told me that regardless of my good credit, 100% payments on time, mortgage, cars, etc., I was not a valued customer and they rejected me. It was a punch in the gut. I've seen SoFi everywhere as I've been sent letters and through Credit Karma and I decided well I have nothing to lose. After following a simple process I was approved in less than an hour! It took me by surprise and it literally brought tears to my eyes. I signed the paperwork and in less than 24 hours I received the money into my account. I cannot express how thankful I am of SoFi and I appreciate the assistance. Here's to a great relationship with SoFi.

The experience with So-Fi was very customer friendly and seamless in the amount of time it took from start to finish. This is the second transaction I have done with So-Fi and both experiences have been top notch from a customer experience standpoint. Applying on-line has never been as seamless in my opinion from start too finish.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They have no problem with going on your credit report and reporting you for an account that you've not had in 2 years, closed and not owing them any money.

If a loan is meant to bring responsibilities from many to one, hence a consolidation loan, why is it, along with income to debt ratio, part of the rejection decision. The idea was to minimize the number of payments, not to add one more to the mix.
