Just needed a sim only deal…

Just needed a sim only deal as Plusnet Mobile have shut down. The Manager/Rep? at Tesco Martlesham was exceptionally friendly, understanding and generally chatty. He soon got me sorted with a monthly contract and then upgraded my wife's pay-as-you-go to monthly very quickly.
Better still he swapped the sims for us and had both of our phones up and running straight away.

Recently visited Tesco mobile at the St…

Recently visited Tesco mobile at the St Saviours store in Bury St Edmunds as my phone wasn't connecting to wifi or Bluetooth..(it was no longer supported by Apple software) the service was exemplary, both assistants talked me through the various options and offers, set up my new phone and transferred all of my content to the new phone.. no hassle or sales pitch, just helpful all the way.. thank you to both!

Setting up a new contract …

Setting up a new contract for the family and the whole system of getting one handset upgrade and 3 sim upgrades was really painless. The sim upgrades gave more calls/ texts and data than we had previously and were cheaper and the handset upgrade was pretty cheap for a major upgrade after having had the same handset for more than 6 years. Handset delivered the next day and help given to unlock the old one.

Tesco mobile are excellent phone…

Tesco mobile are excellent phone network love the Clubcard option where if you pay your bill you get Clubcard points . Not only the staff at Tesco mobile customer service is excellent really polite and friendly and willing to help me with any issues

The Tesco mobile app is great to see your usage but also to track you bills and change safety buffer

Thank you Tesco for being a great network haven’t been with Tesco long but first impressions of Tesco mobile I can’t fault them at the moment’s

Thumbs up to Tesco Mobile

Thumbs up to Tesco Mobile.
I recently signed up with Tesco Mobile for an iPhone and sim deal. I consider the whole package a very good deal. Staff were very helpful and they set up the process to have my old phone number transferred over. They fully explained how that would happen and the time frame involved. They also helped me find out my average GB use on my old contract which allowed me to go for an even cheaper deal.

Tesco Heswall phone shop have excellent customer service, didn't have to wait. member of staff listened to what I needed then explained all offers available. Wasn't rushed or pressured to buy.

Fantastic service from Linda at the…

Fantastic service from Linda at the Tesco Maryhill branch, we were very pleased with all the help we got and she explained and answered all our questions! The entire process was so easy as Linda helped us through each step and at each point made sure we understood what we were signing up for. I would highly recommend Tesco based on the service we got! 10/10

Andy was very helpful and explained the…

Andy was very helpful and explained the options for new handsets in a clear way. He listened carefully when I explained the type of device I required and found a sturdy model, he recommended the data upgrade based on the previous usage too. He spent time setting up the new phone, especially transferring all the old messages, this was most helpful as the previous phone was damaged and I would have struggled to do this myself. Tesco Yardley is always a great store to visit for Mobile Phones, due to the hard working staff.

Sales staff

Sales staff, in particular Martin Beaver, make the different at this store. The friendly, calm and knowledgeable approach to customer services is a refreshing surprise! The only negative is that this store chooses to operate with virtually no signal or Wi-Fi

Inaccurate request to extend usage limits

Very concerned that I have been emailed saying that Tesco have checked my usage limits and I might need to increase them. The front page graphic is deliberately misleading and has no similarity to my usage which is never anywhere near my limits. Looks like pressure selling and is both untrue and misleading for customers who dont check consumption which I do. Needs action and apology and withdrawal of the messaging. Needs to go to Trading Standards and Martin Lewis?

Credit to the company....

Yesterday my phone completely gave up on me and we took it to the shop to see whether there's anything we could try different to what we have tried before. Craig gave it his best effort however the phone was broke. I took a contract out and Craig made sure that I was all ready and set up so I wasn't with a phone. he always serves with a smile and is happy to help. He is a credit to the company.

Excellent customer service and knowledgable staff explaining products. Prices on offer making Tesco a very competitive mobile provider. Let’s just hope reception and 4g live up to the claim as my previous supplier didn’t.

Great service in the Dundee Riverside branch of Tesco Mobile

Great service from Alan in the Dundee Riverside branch of Tesco Mobile yesterday. We spoke to him 3 years ago when we took out our daughter’s phone contract and he was great then too. He was so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Explained everything very clearly to us, making sure that we knew what it was all about. Didn’t feel rushed. Got us all great SIM only deals as Clubcard customers when renewing our contracts. Unlimited calls, texts and data for a good deal less than we’ve been paying on our old tariff and we got some money off the monthly bill using Family Perks. The new 2 year contracts means that the prices are fixed for the next two April’s to protect against inflation as well.
All of our dealings with staff at this branch have been great as well. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for help and advice about our mobile phones.
We will keep going back! 👍🏻

Happy Upgrading

As a long time customer of Tesco Mobile, I have always been happy with the price and coverage. My experience of upgrading my handset was made easy and pleasant by the Team Member, Mason, who was informative, helpful and knowledgeable. I am an older person and not too clear on tech, but I was comfortable asking questions without feeling embarrassed. Good customer service is so important.
