So I have been trying to speak with an operator calling the UK customer service number. I had to 4 5 times before managing to speak to an operator as every single time u select an option it gives u an automated answer and the system hangs up on you. I did not manage to get into the app either. On top of that they keep on directing you on website\app but the website does not let you to book one drop off luggage for one way only if u have a booking for a return flight. Shocking!

We need to band together and start a Class Action Lawsuit against Hotels.com. I had rewards and nights achieved that they just stole from me. I purchased with them in good faith and they have now have acted in very bad faith. I can no longer log into my account to order hotel rooms or claim my nights.

My journey from Amsterdam to London was cancelled due to bad weather. I wrote to omio customer service 4 times and have not heard anything. No real tine support or updates like they claimed. $400 out of pocket now and no refunds. Disgusting customer service

Accomodations were good. Flight was fine. Tour guide was probably one of the worst - not a bad person, just didn't do anything to make things interesting nor comfortable for guests. It was okay. Korea was a blast all things tour-wise aside.
