Works great on my arthritic hands & knees I work it in about a half hour before I pick up a tennis racket. Does the job for the next two hours plus Been using the product for almost five years now! I keep coming back.

Power Plate Meals is a great option for anyone who wants to eat healthy and delicious food without spending hours in the kitchen. Their meals are made from scratch with high quality ingredients and amazing flavors. I love that they deliver right to my door and have a bi-weekly changing menu.

OH WOW! Who knew vegan food was this good??? I went to lunch with a vegan friend who promised me I'd love it and she was right! She had me try the PLT - Plantains Lettuce and Tomato because I love me a good BLT and the seasonings and the sauce on those plantains was to die for! The $lutty fries were amazing too. Leave meat behind and try this place!!!!

Mambo Combo: Canyoning and whitewater rafting in La Fortuna Had a great experience with this company! We started off with waterfall repelling and ended with white water rafting. They offer picture packages for each that are very affordable. I also took my own gopro camera and placed it on the helmet for another camera perspective. They fed us breakfast and lunch and we also got fresh cut fruit (pineapple and watermelon) while rafting on a little break. Overall this package was completely worth the price/experience :)

I am still waiting on a refund/credit. I am not the only one with this problem. Be very careful if you choose to use this service. I would be open to having my experience made right, but I am not holding my breath. I have sent multiple emails explaining the situation, and the response has been argumentative at best. Several emails have also been sent with no reply.

Healthy food restaurants are considered to be something that many people avoid to visit, because they believe that healthy food means nothing for them. However, I personally can't live without eating healthy food. I built up my own meal regime and meal system, which include plenty of healthy products and only. If I need to go out somewhere I always choose only healthy food restaurants. Last time I chose this one and I was amazed by the quality of food here. It was so delicious and helpful for my organism, that I added this restaurant to my favorite ones. Great service.
