I applied for PCC. The whole process was easy and the staffs were very friendly. I could complete the whole procedures before time. My application was processed by Abhinesh, really cool gentleman, made the whole process 'feel at home'.

Vfs Saudi of Hyderabad employees was very user friendly.The staff was extremely polite and courteous especially the guy name Abdul Khaliq help a lot from the submission of documents to follows ups and till receiving of Passport Overall the staff was competent and professional. it was so smooth.Truly a great experience....keep up the good work... Helpful personal, but all expenses were surprisingly much more expensive than expected.

You can use the same services just 200 meters away just by a tenth price. Why all other expenses should be payed in euros? It does not seem to be fair 😞

Today was a rainy day and long queue of appliers Visas outside Gerry’s Islamabad made us shame for a responsible citizen as we paid huge amount for just drop box instead or visa Embassy fees. Customer card should be on top priority

The visa process for Germany was very smooth, Didn’t expect such patience and guidance to process the application. The Vfs global Coimbatore location the person name called Preethika and Pradeep Kannan guided the parent till completing all
Process. I can give the rating more than 5 but only 5 was there so I am rating 5.

The processing of the documents for applying visa. It’s taken too long time. I recommend to reduce the processing time. Furthermore, the premium lunch there are nine persons waiting in the queue and it was only one staff available there. I recommend to arrange more than one staff to speed the processing.

I have used the premium services for the first time as my aged parents are applying for Visa. Though I have prepared the applications very well, I was reminded of another document which I don’t have. But was able to submit after an hour. It’s stress free and VFS executives were very helpful in checking the documents and helping us out with missing or additional docs.
I let my parents take the photo at VFS. But unfortunately biometric photo or copy service are all in the second floor which is not easy for aged applicants.
Other than that, premium service at @VFS is hassle free.

I didn't give 5 stars because
1. For additional services, like SMS and courier, which is quite costly only cash was accepted. In these days of digital why only cash ?
2. The ancillary services attached to VFS, like photostat, and photos are far too costly and demand only cash.

It was very user friendly.The staff was extremely polite and courteous.It was my first trip to VFS and I was apprehensive initially as to how it is going to be-But the staff was competent and professional.At the outset Kartikey handled my papers and it was so smooth. Later for Visa processing fee again it was awesome...I asked the name of the person-Sahil.Later for biometrics again it was wonderful-Vaibhav it was.Truly a great experience....keep up the good work...

I saw so many reviews and I scared, but yesterday I visited vfs office bangalore my counter no. Is 20 and its went very well and that 2 people in that counter responded very well nice experience,
And vsf office we can enter before 15 min n, no need to go before that if you go also they will not allow.
Any way it went very smoothly

Overall it was a great and smooth experience, except for the payment process. There was only one card machine for credit card payment and it wasn’t working! I had to go out of the building to fetch cash from an ATM machine and check in again at the center, going through the security again. Only if they had informed about cash being the only (working) mode of payment in advance, it would have saved a lot of time and hassle for me. I hope your team takes this feedback and works towards improving this facility.
