I have ordered many pairs of glasses 👓 and always been happy. The frames do tend to be made from less expensive materials and I have had some of them break, in spite of that I still feel I get my money's worth especially compared to what my glasses cost at regular optical shops.

I was a VIP customer of Mooloog and I am now going to become a customer here since it is their new company - their glasses are always great quality and they have awesome customer service. But I hope they start to carry a few traditional colors and styles at Vooglam as well!

Glasses are well-made solid and beautiful to behold, and my prescription is perfect.
Went out in the sun and it is decontamination photo chromatic.
It's a bit big for my face which was quite different when i tried it online, so not sure if I'll get used to it but overall, great experience. Shipping time was shorter than expected which is a bonus.

After losing my glasses at the beach to a rogue wave, I bought a new and fantastic set of progressive lenses and frames from Vooglam, and promptly lost them as well, about a month later; likely they died a regrettable death in the middle of 5th Avenue. I'm not even sure! In any case, Vooglam made it easy for me to order a new pair. Pray for this new set, I'm a menace.

I found your website on Fb by pure luck and I haven’t stopped ordering frames since that day. Site is easy to maneuver except for the ordering of lenses. I can get to filling in that information but it keeps asking for additional information that my doctor doesn’t supply on my prescription sheet so I’ll have to buy lenses at Walmart. I’m disappointed in that because I was looking forward to a complete and finished order but this is no fault of the site. This is on the part of my eye doctor.
Your frames selection is second to none. I’m thrilled with all my choices and it was easy convincing my husband to purchase three frames also. I’ll be using your Fb account all the time!!!!!

I just ordered my second and third pair of glasses. The first pair arrived in about 9 days, and I've gotten nothing but compliments on them. They are exactly as pictured, and are well-made. The lenses are clear and came well-protected. The glasses fit well and are extremely comfortable. I know I'll be ordering more in the not-so-distant future!

Pretty sure this is my 6th purchase from Vooglam and I couldn't be happier. I've never had a negative experience with them. Every pair of glasses have been spot on and better than I envisaged. I recommend buying your glasses from these guys instead of through the nose at regular opticians.

I’ve been trying to return order Order No:130288355. For 4 days. Your return policy states that you need to be contacted within 24 hours of receiving product. I’m trying to get a return authorization. There has been no response for 4 days. I’m not happy with your service at all.

In a million years, I could have never predicted that I would get funky and cool prescription glasses at the cost that I did. I thought I would give Vooglam a shot after seeing ads on the internet. I am so glad I did. Excellent quality glasses at a fraction of the price. Do not hesitate to buy glasses from them. So worth it. A++++
