There was an issue with the shipment and it wasn't delivered. It wasn't a Waterdrop issue, but more the shipping carrier. Waterdrop was great about it, got another one shipped out right away, and also threw in some extra filters for my trouble.

Rashid was our sales person and was polite and gave a through explanation of how the system would help our water hardness. Jack Robinson called half an hour off the scheduled time saying he was enroute. He arrived on time and I showed him where i would like to have every thing installed. Jack was polite and knowledgeable, he explained what he was going to do and completed the installation in the time frame he stated before he started working. After completing the installation Jack walked me through the orientation of how the process worked and cleaned up the work area before he left.

No customer service. I made numerous calls and left. Ms as well as email follow ups. Absolutely no customer support. I will be doing a charge back on my credit card for lack of customer service as written on the website. I only wanted to exchange one system for another - never installed.

I have a non working USwatersystems RO unit. I have called several times for help finding the part numbers for the equipment I need to make the system work. An employee with a speech defect keeps hanging up on me. He wants to tell me how bad my problem is, without suggesting part numbers or a way to move forward with my repair. USwatersystems is all about the sale. They do not care about leaving you with a working system. Save yourself time and money and buy from someone else.

Sam and Jesus were very professional! The installation of my water filters was done in a neat and accurate fashion, and these young men are a good team. I can see the difference in the quality of our water now! It’s so clear! It was a pleasure having Jesus and Sam at my house because they worked quickly. No mess was left, and the job was done in a clean way. I strongly recommend them and Life Source Water Systems! I believe we’ll be very happy with it for several years!

I hired this company to re-connect the main water line to the sprinkler system. The first plumbers they sent, didn't think they could do it, but they charged me $700. They sent a second team out. They claimed to have connected the main water line to the sprinkler system. They didn't test it!! I tested it after I paid them $700. It wasn't connected. I had to call a third time. They sent out the same two plumbers. They worked four hours to correct the pathetic mess they created in the first place. They did finally get the connection made. They charged me another $1,900. Add those amounts up. If you're dumb enough to hire these folks, good luck!!!
