Very approchable, professional and friendly!

Tony Revell came to fit our security system and as my partner arranged what was happening, Tony kindly talked me through what we were doing and checked everything over with me. He gave some great suggestions and reasons behind doing certain things in certain ways which was extremely helpful and made my decisions alot easier! He was very kind, polite and efficient when working, always letting me know what he was doing and when. This is something i appreciated as i knew what was happening within my house. Tony was very professional and approchable which made it easy to have conversations with him and ask any questions i had!
He explained the system well and showed me exactly how to use the app etc.
Couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

Engineer - Jack Carter attended my property today to repair and service my ADT alarm system . Absolute pleasure very polite Courteous and also respectful of property . Carried out all works etc quickly and without any problems. Highly recommend . thank you

Excellent engineer

We had a fault on our panel which meant it was making a loud high pitched beeping. Ashley Baker-Conway came straight out to fix it and ensured everything was working the way it should. He was friendly, professional and super efficient, a credit to ADT.

Annual service completed by Matthew…

Annual service completed by Matthew Woodall. Matthew kept us updated ón his expected arrival time and completed a thorough service of our ADT alarm system. He took the time to explain what he needed to do and some of the features of the system. Thoroughly recommend both the Company and the engineer.

Brilliant Brilliant Fantastic

Paul Currie who sold me the system was straight and knew the equipment and even advised me not to waste my money on an extra Camera as these cameras would pick it all up and he was right and could of quite easily took another few hundred pound off me.Phil Caldwell who installed the equipment was absolutely brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. His knowledge and training showing me how to operate the alarm and camera system was so good it feel like I have been using it for years. Thanks ADT you have blown me away with customer service and quality of work.

Great service

Was a great service from start to finish. There was a slight issue with the order from sales visit to engineer visit, but Tony (the Engineer) who came to install, went above and beyond to ensure the job was done as agreed, quickly, neatly and spent time going through app etc with me.
Would recommend them based on this experience so far.

Joseph Nolan ADT engineer

Our ADT engineer was excellent. Courteous, knowledgeable, competent and discrete. He got on with the job and did it all on time with no stress. We hardly knew he was here-until the test alarms went off!!

We had a schedule service visit from an…

We had a schedule service visit from an ADT engineer, Gary Brinson. He was very polite and professiona and helpfull. Gary solved all our issues and more. We could not recommend him enough. We were very happy with his work.

Lee Britton who installed my alarm…

Lee Britton who installed my alarm system was brilliant, there was initially a problem with requirements needed before installing, Lee was so professional, spoke to all departments necessary,sorted.He was very thorough at explaining the system to me,answered all questions I had. His customer service skills are brilliant.Big thank you to Lee and to ADT admin.

Highly recommend ADT

Would highly recommend ADT the product itself is amazing and the service is the best. Our engineer George Richardson was one of the best installation engineers I have had. He was very thorough and tidy and organised. He made sure I was happy with every decision made and that I understood why things were placed where they were and how everything worked. I definitely feel more confident and secure in my home and I so happy I chose ADT to secure my home.

The service I have had from ADT has…

The service I have had from ADT has been very good . Matt the engineer who came for the installation was so polite and very helpful and professional. He fitted everything and made sure there was no dust and showed how to use the new smart pad . Very impressed.

My engineer Joe Nolan

My engineer Joe Nolan, has been with us for over 20 years, he knows our system, very quickly works out what the issue is and has it fixed always with great care, as quickly as possible.

Sometimes it can be a sensor, others it can be a battery, but whatever the problem it’s done swiftly, cleanly and always with a smile. What more could you ask for!!

My ADT engineer was Michael Orchard

My ADT engineer was Michael Orchard. He was brilliant. On arrival he explained what he was going to do to get my alarm up and running again. We chatted about the features of my alarm. He explained about the “part set” button which, in the 20 years of having an ADT alarm I didn’t know what it was used for! He set up this feature for me which I will be able to utilise now, “everyday’s a school day”. Michael is one of the nicest engineers I have had come out to fix my alarm. He was friendly, easy to converse with and happy to answer my endless questions. It was a pleasure to have him fix my alarm yesterday (7th July 2023). Michael is a great ambassador for ADT. Thank you Michael.

Routine yearly call

Sam Daines asked if we had any issues with the alarm system , with the patience of a saint explained and checked the connections my wife needed checking !!
Nothing was too much.
Brilliant service !

Shambolic Service

An ADT engineer came out today, I was under the impression they were here to put my CCTV back up and fix the ongoing issue they are having with the Concept Pro DVR.

Visit took about 10 minutes…Apparently the engineer wasn’t there to bother installing the cameras and said someone else would do it but could not say when. Even though having the CCTV put back up was the main reason I booked the engineer and was part of the complaint i raised.

I was told EVERYTHING would be sorted today but here I am again having to chase ADT to fix things.

Phoned up and just been told that having the CCTV put back up wasn’t even booked in !!! ADT can’t seem to do anything right!

ADT have had to many chances so now it’s time to Cancel the lot and get my service from a company that values its customers.

Engineer a credit to the Company

Our alarm system developed a mind of its own on Sunday morning as the external bell box started ringing for no reason (we were in the house) & we were unable to silence it. Luckily an engineer was able to come out to it within a short wait. Fortunately it did silence itself before his arrival but the engineer, Sam Clark, could not have been more helpful, informative & extremely polite. Also a very patient young man as i am sure we may have repeatedly asked him the same questions.

Struggling to service bell box…

Struggling to get them to change battery on external bell box for over 2 months now! Service team has been pushing out booking due to unavailability of engineers with ladders - can you believe that? But very prompt in raising monthly charges year in year and deducting them all on time! Customer service is practically non-existing!

Lee Britton the engineer talked us through the setting up and operating process with patience and humour. He gave us time to familiarize ourselves with procedures and checked in an hour later to make sure we were happy. We appreciated the service
