Was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Brianna who took care of me right away. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness, same with everybody on the Acushnet Ave team. Jennifer had referred me to open a “lucky piggy” I had my grandmother open one and I will be back to open one up for myself.

The customer service at Bank 5 is just wonderful. I recently had issues with needing a new debit card and they were fast and efficient in handling the problem quickly. The fact that they are a local bank makes it pretty easy to talk with an actual person. I have been a customer for many many years and have no intention of changing institutions for my banking needs. They have earned my loyalty throughout the years.

I met with Joe and he thoroughly answered my questions and also tool the time to explain how to use T-Bills for my CD roll over.

Lucy helped me close my checking & savings accounts after a possible hack. She was thorough & extremely patient. She kept me calm through the process & called me the following day with a "reminder" to take care of notifications to companies who direct deposit checks

Having been given a list of banks administering heat loans, I was lucky enough to pick BankFive and to be put through to Kyle Marois. From the start, Kyle was unfailingly helpful in helping us navigate the information requirements of the loan and his professional skills and optimistic disposition made the process almost easy. When hiccups came along the way - and a few did as my husband was out of the country when the loan closed - Kyle immediately worked out solutions. We really cannot recommend Kyle highly enough.

Service is typically fast and courteous and always thorough. I do wish the hours were extended a bit later on Thursdays and FRidays again like pre-Covid days. Also, I wish the one or two tellers who are not as cordial would say, "thank you", or "have a nice day", at the end of transactions like most do.

Why is it that we cannot get our balance on our accounts on the phone on the weekends. Why do we have to go through customer service instead of a telephone call to get our balance.
