I was having trouble logging into my account, to the point that it got suspended and I worried that I wasn't going to be able to access my account anymore. But Sary gave very clear instructions on how to reset my password, and even helped me switch over my email from a previous account to my new one. Cannot thank Sary enough!

The agent was very helpful and tried to resolve my issue which was caused by the email system, since I was not receiving any confirmation from mails. The agent stayed on the issue until it was resolved. I am very happy and thankful!

Bank mobile froze my student account randomly about 10 months ago. I tried to call and email. I just get the run around telling me nutting. This has cost me lost access to my funds , incurced expenses totaling over 50,000 dollars , and emotional distress . I looked around my community of students and come to find out that I am not alone . I have found 20 others this has happened to . My next step is to seek legal assistant. I don't recommended this bank .

I was having issues with getting some help over the phone for an issue that was not easily taken care of with the automated system and no way to contact customer service any other way seeing as I had no access to my account.
A customer service rep reached out to me directly after posting a stressed out review on here and we got it all worked out within a day. I hate all of the hoops I had to jump through but the team who specifically handled my issue was amazing. Thank you!

I was locked out of my account then locked out of debit card and waited on the phone for over an hour! Something told me to check their social media accounts to see if the call lines were down, they weren’t, but I dm’d the account and received help right away! Sary was amazing and I can’t thank her enough! She did everything to help me and in a very timely manner.

Honest,safe,secure and polite. I have had my card since 2015 and I kept it after leaving Colorado Technical College. It's the best card and I use it more than any of the ones that I have. Great service from the card and customer service and support.
