I have made multiple withdrawals over the last few days.
6th July - Rs. 7300 - paid and reflecting in my bank account
5th July - Rs. 6600 - paid and NOT reflecting in my bank account
5th July - Rs. 6000 - paid and NOT reflecting in my bank account
5th July - Rs. 6300 - paid and reflecting in my bank account
3rd July - Rs. 11000 - paid and reflecting in my bank account

The automated support says that it should have been reflecting in my bank account in 24 hours which it is not.
please look into this and resolve.

Username paddy83xx they just a scam my account was locked the 2 July after u try collecting my winning of 3250 euro yesterday I got a call from them and now they just block me and my withdrawal was removed from my account I still wit a call from them .they don't want pay you out the just robber I won't advice play on it costumer service very poor and when they start see that u winning they just block you ...they only a scam ..i would love they call me but I know would never happen

They’ve put a leg as failed when it was meant to be a win and now ignoring me trying to get my money, also been waiting on a withdrawal for about a month. Live chat is fake says you’re number 3 in queue and you wait for hours and still says the same thing. Do not give them you’re money

BEWARE! They are a scam!! I put in 40 bucks once, and over the next couple months I noticed little random amounts being takin from my account. My bank determined betway had hacked my account and took approximately 300 bucks from me which I did not know about or authorize. Please be careful with this site. I had to change my card because they hacked it.

BetWay put my account “under review” for no reason. Wouldn’t let me withdraw money. Suspended for weeks, refused to say why. Thieves basically.
No other betting company ever did this to me before or since.
No trust - Avoid !

The worst company I have ever come across … I have lost all my lifetime savings for their technical glitch everytime when I was trying to put bets which was a win . After that they close my account I told them ok whatever money is in my account give that back they took like reo months finally they said we are releasing the amount on your potm AstroPay but again I did not got the funds and they are saying they are unable to clear funds on that account . So cheap and fraud company . Government should ban these app in India .

Deposited money into account....Never reflected....can't place any bets or play any slots whatsoever....
My bank has notified me that the money was successfully into my betway account.
Agent kept me waiting for almost an hour only to tell me that it will take up to 48hours for them to "give me feedback"
In the meantime I can't do anything and lost money too!!!

So the whole experience. A lot of money have lost on this site. Today deposited £20 and after all my complaints and reviews that they’ve done something to my account as a constant loss is not just unlucky. Bonus after bonus, line winning, won couple hundreds and then a message all over my screen that they are logging me out for 15 min as I’ve spent too much time on. 2 hours guys TWO!!! When I played off 1,5k constant dead spins and played 8 hrs you didn’t bother to log me off for even a minute!!!! How obvious!!! Guess what happened when I got log back on?? Dead spin after dead spin, basically they triggered it. After all the thousands you have basically stolen such a disgusting thing to do. For one minute I actually thought that I might get at least 10% of what I have lost here, but it was a silly thing to do. Save your money people there are better sites out there

Been on live chat last few days throughout was at number 5 in queue for 3 hours waiting finally got to number one and was on hold for 30 mins to just cut off at 11pm disgusting got an email from them asking if I want my account open to just reply yes which I did guess what no response absolutely robbing casino I want my money back only seem to respond to trust pilot so having to come on here AGAIN!!! I’ve saved all chat tickets as proof unlock my account or send me my money back it’s simple….

Ok, this page had me worried because my withdrawal was not nearly instantaneous like all the other major betting sites. Although they do take longer than others, (weekend are not instant transfers like other sites) once it was seen on Monday my withdrawal came straight through my original payment method.

About the site, well its like all the other sites, (win/loose is random, ruthless and lucky) although they don’t have as much roulette choice as other sites. And I get that stupid warning about playing time in the middle of a game or glitches when I’m winning when I think im winning.

On another note, I would never advise anyone to gamble, not even for so called “fun” lol

I had an account for a few months. The moment I won a few hundred pounds, they blocked my account and would not let me withdraw. It has been several months, and I have sent several emails. They keep asking for bank statements and utility bills and I've given them everything. No phonelines, terrible email response time, terrible service. I feel I've been robbed of money and time.

Iam so disappointed. Been playing and losing and i made deposit of 3000 as etransfer and they recieved it and not reflecting in my account of betway.
I have contacted them via email and alwys same answer not helping at all and even they say allow us 2 hours to look at it and then nothing. I hope they will do something about it and resolve the issue as this already causing a problem with my Family.
They have said to send proof which i did and nothing seems to work.
Stressed and not able to sleep honestly .
