I love this site and I've played on a fair few. Their customer chat is one of the best I've come across. Withdrawls are always processed promptly . As for the negative reviews on here tend be from people who have wagered small amounts and disgruntled they didn't win anything!! One negative review stuck out in particular , one where a lady said she won a small amount and sent message to chat saying she needed it urgently to feed her kids then they closed her account. Well done diamond bingo for taking safer gambling seriously and unlike some other sites praying on the vulnerable.. 👏..

I used on-line chat and spoke to a lovely Lady called Treasa, just to enquire , when I would receive my funds, Treasa was very helpful and professional, obtained the information for me and said the funds would be I my account today before 6.30 pm and I have just received them.

I'm only giving 1 as its no 0 there absolutely disgusting sight iv won £800 and they won't realise it excuse after excuse its disgusting I'm a father of 2 with a disabled wife. Iv sent number of documents off to gave reply all good now saying I can't have my bonuses but spend £100s on here. Also I have joint account with my wife like I said she disabled and they saying I can't have winnings because it's both our names its the 20th century all married couples usually have joint accounts but they are quick enough taking the money off me every time £100s but now saying I can't have my money. I'm taking this matter to legal representation its disgusting ripping people family's off of their money. What ever you do do not ever play this game!!!!!

Used this bingo site and promotional free games last night and I got a unexpected nice win. I only registered very recently and so when I made a withdrawal I was happy to be answered by Teresa wh quickly dealt with my concern regarding verifications documents etc stopping my withdrawal. I was answered by Teresa and given a time by which I should receive my winnings full proof that this site doesn't delay paymenrs. Its customer agents are polite and knowledgable.
