I have used Bullion by Post for many years for purchasing physical gold/silver.
Recently I have bought gold/silver for storage, I was going to consider the Royal Mint but there have been a lot of bad reviews for them recently.
I have been impressed with the storage service and associated customer service with storage from this company.

A very simple way to buy gold, no fuss or complications. Once having paid for your purchase the goods are sent by return. I have done this on several occasions.

Good web site and easy to order. Delivery free and secure but asked customer services to delay delivery as we would be on holiday around the time of expected delivery which was acknowledged by them.
Items arrived mid way through our holiday and left on step. Thank goodness neighbour spotted them at took them in, otherwise excellent company.

As a 92 year old investor I find I have no real difficulty in buying gold. I am a bit slow at times and I need to really check what I am doing but ,with patience, I usually get it right.
It is certainly worth the effort and my slight anxiety is rewarded with a successful purchase.

I recently contacted Bullion By Post. I had three gold rings I wanted to sell.. I weighed them and a price was agreed.
I sent them by Royal Mail and received a receipt from the Post Office. Bullion By Post contacted me the next day to confirm they have received them and would contact me as soon as they had been checked.
I had an email the following day to say that they agreed amount and have transferred that to my bank. And it was deposited the following day.
Just brilliant service. Can recommend.
