What I loved was the speed with which the checks arrived. The paper is consistent with the security type I prefer.
What I find very difficult istearing the check out of the packet once I prepare for paying someone. It is not easy to tear it out. I have taken to using a sharp pointed metal pin to prepare to tear out the check from the very tight perferations

The amount you charged for shipping and handling was more than the cost of the order. And, it was a total (unpleasant) surprise when the bill doubled as soon as I entered my credit card number and you gave me a receipt. And seriously, someone too my checks and threw them in a plastic bag...

This is the first time I've used Carousel and I'm very pleased with the experience. It's faster and less expensive than getting them through my bank. I write very few checks with online and auto payments but still need to write a few, so I won't order except every few years, but I'm definitely coming back to Carousel to reorder more checks and will recommend to family and friends. My first order(placed on may 15) was lost in the mail due to an error on my part. I contacted Carousel checks and they realized there was a problem. I was asked to contact DHL to only receive an email to contact the seller. A supervisor was listening to the call and decided to review my account and they called me immediately. My issue was resolved and I received my order in a matter of days. My first review, I scored them low, but they get 5 star service because of the customer service they provided me. I thought I was going to get the run around only to have my issue resolved because someone was listening to my call. Thank you so much

They have a decent selection of checks. They are definitely less expensive than ordering from my bank. They have many options for shipping which was nice. I chose a rush order and paid an additional $6.95 for printing. It still took almost 2 weeks to get the checks. While I would order checks from this company again, I will never pay to have a rush delivery which simply does not happen.
