Get a real bank!

I’ve been a member of chime since they first started. & here recently I’ve had so many problems! I’ve reported transactions that I did not make, and never get my money back. They canceled my card without asking me first. My temporary card was unavailable for TWO DAYS & I chatted so many times. My spot me has been stuck on $40 for years & I make almost $3k a month! It’s a scam. They do not understand clear English. I’m switching banks asap & I wouldn’t recommend chime to anyone anymore. Plus no loan companies accept chime.

I've been with chime for 4 years

I've been with chime for 4 years. The greatest things. I can say about it is alot of people use it I can send cash to literally anyone.
No overdraft fee's, no monthly banking fees, rebuild credit with a secured credit card.
The downfall of this bank is that most places do not recognize them as a major bank. They are not really helpful if u have unauthorized purchases, your spouse cannot have a joint account . They don't have the best security for scammers .

Chime is a SCAM BEWARE…

Chime was once a trusted banking solution for me until they scammed my fiancé out of her $8,000. She had finally received her tax refund that she’s been patiently waiting on just for chime to accuse her of some kind of fraud and completely close her account and took her money with no refund option. Note the account was only on hold until she wrote a bad review about them, after the review she was told her account will be closed! Online banking is NOT the solution . Beware!

I wouldn’t give it not even 1 or 1/2 of…

I wouldn’t give it not even 1 or 1/2 of star. My account was suspended for a week and I called every day to fix the problem. All I got was to but put on hold for 3 mins they plus say “ 3 mins ended up to be 7 to ten and for several times.
There response was just wait for an email and hopefully your problem will be resolved and No still waiting after 6 days

They're great if you want your deposit…

They're great if you want your deposit to just occasionally not show up without explanation. I normally get paid on Mondays and had multiple bills to pay this Monday and was expecting my check to come through. It's now almost 2 am and now on a bank holiday so I guess I won't be getting paid until 10 pm on Wednesday and have no idea what I'm going to do.

Do yourself a favor and make the change to chime

Everything is made very easy secure and fair. A lot of companies lie to obtain customers and I been with chime almost a year now service has been great. Even customer service is excellent work fast and efficiently. Thank you chime team.

Whenever you try to log in, you get a error message "Yikes, please try again" I've been going back and forth with customer support for weeks and they only provide copy and paste responses..I'm switching to Ally.

Easy and convenient

I love the app. It is easy to use and I have my fingerprint as a lock so it is safe. ATMs are at all Walgreens and we have a ton by us so easy to get cash if need be.

Good phone service, bad chat service

I would suggest talking to an agent on the phone. You can request them through the Chime chat in the app. Thank you to Gladys, Barbie, Lee, and Axel. You're the only reason this is not a one star review. The solution was there, but the agents I received before you through the chat didn't pay attention to my concern, replied through macros even as I'm telling them that my card was not stolen and no charges were disputed, and that all I needed was a rental hold released. I received excellent service on the phone, but this still took about 2 weeks to resolve before I got to the right people who knew what to do.

Don’t do it

Don’t do it. Don’t bother with a chime debit or credit card. I booked and paid for a hotel room with chime debit get there in person to give the chime credit card as a deposit( it had more than enough to pay for it and was told they don’t accept anything from Chime. The Hilton immediately canceled charges and when I got on the phone with Chime they explained that yes they could see the charges were canceled by the hotel by there was absolutely no way they could credit my debit card back before 7 days…they’ll take your cash instantly but refuse to give it back until they’ve held it long enough to get more interest of it.

Don’t bank with chime I got my card…

Don’t bank with chime I got my card stolen at the airport in Miami. An reported it when I checked my account on about 5 charges I did not do an got declined to get my money back . So I want be banking with them ever again… an I will blast them every social media I can forever!!!!!!!!

Understanding and security and a fun application trust trust trust is very important thank you for your time

As far as I had CHIME I find it trustworthy fun and interactive and so does my friend and family according to their own opinions so far the trust is going far enough to talk about CHIME that explains it all to me and as long as I could trust CHIME and understand it as I have so far you keep it THE SAME WAY> CHIME the way you are . stay the same way thank you for your time.. sincerely yours manual Prado

Customer service is horrible it's all…

Customer service is horrible it's all overseas. They don't even know what an ACH transaction is or how it's done. They have a credit builder card that they report to the credit bureaus as a line of credit to help you build credit. This is false they have not once registered anything. They also claim that they pay you 2 days early, which isn't true either. They claim that's on my employer. I know other co-workers with Netspend and they get paid 2 days early sometimes 3 days. If you have to file a claim good luck with getting a result of money back. I filed a claim and gave them all of the proof that they needed and still told me I wouldn't get a temp credit and that I wouldn't get a credit until Aug 8th and filed the claim in March. Stay away they aren't a bank they say they are a financial institution, not a bank.

Chime is absolutely horrible

Chime is absolutely horrible, it has held my deposit because of holidays and no bank I ever had in my life has done that , they just don't hold it one day they hold it later like sometimes 5 days, I have bills to pay I don't get one day earlier I hate chime.

I've had chime off and on for a few…

I've had chime off and on for a few years now and I've never had one problem with anything. I get direct deposit that goes in between midnight to 3 am 95% of the time. It has gone in after 6am but as long as it's there in the AM I'm fine with it. Im glad chime is around

The Best mobile banking app available. Please do not sleep on their credit builder card. I can say it does work and is extremely affective towards building your credit. We need more valuable apps like chime. No gimmicks no scams just good business. 100%

Good way to increase your credit score

Getting your  pay two days early is great mobile banking is very convenient and easy to use. chime tracks all transactions has an easy access to lock your card and the choice of a credit builder card to help increase your credit score which is awesome. also gave you boost so if you need a little bit of extra, money you had it there and pay it back when you pay came in when I head up to $30 boost and without warning they took it away now I have five dollar boost with no reason at all I don’t understand that’s why I gave a four. Would have given a five until they took my  $30 boost away with no  explanation
