Bobbee was wonderful and knowledgeable

Bobbee was wonderful and knowledgeable. However, we had a long waiting time to see her and were ready to leave when she called us in. The person we had the appointment with was out that day, and we our wait time was long due to Bobbee handling other customers. It is understood that things come up; Doris at the desk is friendly and helpful.

Ms. Jessica and Ms. Nykiesha were so very helpful. They took their time with us and they answered all of our questions. I noticed Ms, Nykiesha was training Ms. Jessica and was so patience with her. It was an amazing experience.

My tenure with the Credit Union has paid off.

What made my experience great? CUNJ INFORMED me about a warranty that was needed, because mine had expired. I knew there was a great need to have this protection, but my budget didn’t allow me to purchase at this time, so I thought.

The Credit Union of NJ informed me through their affiliate “Forevercar” to offer me an outstanding rate, that enabled me to take advantage of this offer.

Great Support

I am working to take more control of my finances and EVERYONE who I have worked with over the past week including Shaneice, Jeffrey, Narda, and the managers who approved additional fee reimbursements really impressed me. I look forward to being a more active member of the credit union.

Wonderful Customer Service

While at the Ewing branch my customer service was great. Your receptionist was lovely and got me to the right person quickly and was so nice. The staff that helped me with my account changes was wonderful also and made the whole process easy.

I've been with CUNJ for many years and wouldn't trade them for anything. No matter what issue I have. The customer service team is already ready and helpful. I feel like CUNJ is one of the best banking institutions I've ever been with.

I don’t know where to begin

I don’t know where to begin. I have had so many problems with my loan products and banking in general it’s beyond frustrating. No one can get back to me regarding a fixed rate loan why my interest payments would be going up? I made every payment on time and even prepaid the balances…

SHOULD BE FIVE STARS BUTTTT……I would honestly love to give CUNJ five…

I would honestly would love to give CUNJ five stars! The reason I can’t is because getting the flow of information right is important to me. My refinance did go through on my vehicle, but it was HARD getting in touch and correspondence where it needed to be. I feel like they can and should do much better. It’s also harder since the branch in Willingboro, NJ has closed. Other than that, they (CUNJ) is GREAT! I recommend them, but pack your patience.

I been with the Credit Union for over…25 years

I been with the Credit Union for over 25 years purchase two cars through loan paid off and personal loans. Years later I've been denied loans overdraft protection is of no use. I'm looking into banking with another company.

Many Thanks to Tammy - Great Credit Union

Many thanks to Tammy R. for telling me about the High-Rate savings account and, more recently, the Kasasa Cash Back account as well. In today’s brutal economy, every little bit of cash back helps… I’ve been dealing with CUNJ for several years now and continue to be impressed with their many offerings like these accounts – much better than many of the bigger banks I’ve dealt with in the past. I’ve also had nothing but prompt, polite and professional customer service every time (which seems to be a tall order these days with many other institutions). Highly recommend CUNJ – well done and thank you!
