I needed a personal loan, in order to get a house demo. and purchase a reasonable, shed to accomodate my Cub Cadet Xero Turn mower with a 50" deck, along with my yard tools. I called DuGood FCU, spoke to Kristin, and in about 20 minutes later, Kristin returned my call to inform me that my request was granted. She explained the terms of the loan and asked if the current, due date would still be good for me. I was elated! So, my current, personal, loan was paid off, and the remainder of the loan was deposited into whichever account I wished. Kristin said that it would take about 10-15 min. to transfer information on computer to DuGood in Orange, Tx. She asked how long it would take for me to get to DuGood in Orange, to sign papers. I told her that I could be there in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived, Erin was busy with a couple, in her office. I informed Wanda that I was there to sign papers for a new, loan. Rhonda Hamilton said: "C'mon to my office, Donna, and I can help you." Rhonda told me that I could have just used "Docu-sign" on the computer. However, I said that was all right...I wanted to come down in person, though. Rhonda, again, explained the terms of the loan and what my monthly payments would entail. I signed a couple of areas, and was finished, before 12 noon! As, always, I thanked Rhonda for her prompt and knowledgeable, services, and it was my pleasure doing business with DuGood, once again! I have been a member for about 28-29 years, now. I have utmost, gratitude and appreciation for DuGood FCU!

Carrie Brown helped me open my account. I am new to the area, she made me feel welcome. And, walked me through the steps to set up online banking. She even explained all the branches, and ATM locations.

The loan officer was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and explained the process.
Everyone from the front desk to the tellers were friendly and I was greeted when I came into the credit union and when I left. I would definitely refer others to the credit union and Ashanti.

The representative called me her name was Stephanie she was very friendly and professional
When I went inside the jasper branch not just the teller that helped me but all the Staff spoke and greeted me

DuGood is definitely the best banking experience I’ve had so far. They make banking easy and also work with on loans with reasonable interest. I would definitely recommend them, if your not banking with dug go yet your missing out!!
