Delivery arrived on date stated. Very pleasant Courier who helped me with my parcels due to the fact that I am recovering from a dislocated hip. One parcel was ripped but the contents were all there. I pointed this out to the Courier. He said that was how it was given to him. Cannot fault the Courier.

Quick and reliable service
Courier delivers on time however I have never met the young man as he photographs parcel at my door but doesn’t wait for me to answer it.

I find the company is busy and delivers items on time but the actual dropping of is not good ie leaving items outside propertys when not in or my case inside communal area for anyone to pick them up . Need to be a bit more considerate .

I opened the front door on Monday 10 July 2023 to find the parcel on the doorstep - no card through the door to notify me - how long had it been there? Not even an email to say your parcel has now been delivered, just an email asking me to review the experience.

Didn't hear the Courier knock but he used common sense and let my parcel on my back doorstep and not at the front as has somtimes happened

Worst delivery company on earth there is no way contact to them it’s all robotic I have redirected my parcel it’s been a week and no change still waiting for it.
I have try to reach them automatically tellin me next business day 😊 it’s been a week.
