I have ordered from your company before so When I needed checks again I ordered from you. When I received the new checks there was an error on my account number. I called the customer service number and explained the problem. The person was very nice and placed the order for new checks. They arrived in a few days. Thank you for the quick service.

The checks were delivered quickly and look just like they were advertised on the website. The only thing is the first check was hard to remove without tearing it slightly at the top. I don’t know yet if the rest of the checks will do the same. With that said, at this point I would order again from this company.

I'm providing your company with an AAA+++ rating for quality of product and customer service. The delivery of my order was significantly delayed. I contacted your company, asking if you could assist me with tracking the order. Your office called me shortly after I sent my email. You offered to sent me a duplicate order of checks AT NO CHARGE. In an age where NO COMPANY offers any type of Customer Service, YOU NOT ONLY MET BUT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I received the duplicate order (which was perfectly printed with all the correct, pertinent information. And of course, the original order reached my door several days later. I will highly recommend your company to friends and relatives, as your service is OUTSTANDING. A totally satisfied and grateful customer.

I have been searching for several hours on-line to find a check company that doesn't wait till the last page to add another surprise $7.95 additional or more "service charge" to the order. I refuse to purchase from companies that are not upfront with their prices.

I ORIGIONALLY ORDERED ON JUNE 5 LONG STORY SHORT LOST I GUESS. SPOKE TO REP TO REORDER BUT WAS GIVEN NO TRACKING NOW I CAN[T CHECK ON MY REPLACEMENT ORDER. STILL NO CHECKS JULY 1 WILL WAIT UNTIL AFTER HOLIDAY. ORDERED CHECKS IN PLENTY OF TIME TO RECIEVE BUT NOW I WILL BE OUT.

I had planned to cancel my order but after talking with one of your representatives I let it stand. I had ordered what I thought were checks with duplicate copies but what I got was totally different. My checks came with balance sheets after each check. There is no way I am going to set and fill out something like that. I keep a running balance with a check register and have done so for years. This was my first order for checks from your company and this will probably be my last.
