They are quick to discard their employees after 90 days. They have this slogan all over their walls saying their employees are their most valuable asset but they discard you quickly. They have your exit documents ready. Ruthless terminations. When a company has to go that hard to say something like that, they are really are the exact opposite. Just giving you a warning.

Anthony Buske went over and above to get our financing completed. We were "under the gun" trying to make a purchase for a dump truck by the end of the year due to tax purposes. When he was apprised of the situation, he made sure it all happened. I think he got it all done, from start to finish, in under a week and half, maybe 2 weeks tops. And this was all during the Christmas season. We cannot recommend Anthony enough! We will definitely be using Anthony and Leaf Commercial for all our financial needs in the future.

Stephen was our rep. He has always been great, and this transaction was no different.
I cannot say enough good things about the experience overall.
However, one suggestion would be to provide a way for return customers to find their rep, through the website. I had lost Stephen's contact info, and had a difficult time tracking him down. The process of applying, before I reached him, felt cold and impersonal for a returning customer.

Once you get set up as a customer, we find this to be an excellent process for used construction equipment purchases. In this market nobody is going to wait around for financing. They get it done from beginning to end.

Update: The company has since contacted me and provided an amicable resolution. I cannot remove the review however it did let me edit my response.
If I could give negative stars I would. This company is horrible. The customer service is non existent. I cancelled my service 30 days ago. They are still charging my account. I called multiple times and got passed around their phone system and transferred to 4 CSRs who refused to take the call from the operator. I’ve since filed a complaint with the BBB we will see where it goes from here. All I want is my account cancelled. Should not be that hard to accommodate. Such complete incompetence. Stay away from this business!!
