Easy to navigate

Questions very easy to understand and answer correctly. Different levels of insurance cover to choose from were well laid out and easy to compare. Prices are a bit more expensive than other insurance companies we looked at but you do get more cover with Staysure. However Ive managed to find a discount code online everytime I have booked with Staysure to make it cheaper.

Absolutely excellent customer service

Absolutely excellent customer service. When the agents are busy you get a person, not a recorded message, asking for your phone number and someone then rings back. So much better than most services. Steve who helped me was fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. Everyone else were also excellent. My go to for travel insurance in future.

The agent answered the phone promptly…

The agent answered the phone promptly and efficiently. The agent was very patient, friendly and explained anything we did not understand. He gave detailed explanations of the travel insurance and made sure we understood fully what we were signing up to. We were not rushed and were given the opportunity throughout to ask any questions.

Easy to get quotes on line and very…

Easy to get quotes on line and very informative. straight forward to go ahead and take out policy. documents arrived via email. Later that day I realised I made an error with the destination so I contacted stay sure by phone. The lady dealt with my error efficiently and very politely and I did not have to pay an amendment fee.

I liked the layout of the pages. The process of providing the required information to obtain a quote was simple to follow & unambiguous.
The end product, the quote covered off my needs at a very competitive price too.

100% satisfied customer

This is the 5th time I have used Staysure and the process is so simple and straightforward I give them 100%. Fortunatley I have never had the need to make a claim but I am sure that if I di d the process would be equally straightforward.

All good so far

Like all Insurances, easy to take out, performance remains to be seen if we ever have to make a claim, you always hope you never have to. This is the 3rd time using them, all good so far.

Easy competitive travel insurance

Insuring with Staysure is very easy online even if your over 65 & have medical conditions. I found their prices competitive as well. A very good Travel Insurance experience

The personal touch!

The lady I spoke to was very helpful, and when I wanted to pay by card, she put me through to somebody to deal with that.

She also arrange for me to get hardcopies of the policy documents, not just an email online, so very pleased.

Satisfied customer with medical conditions

Your system of recording medical conditions was straight forward and easy to use. In these challenging times it was good to have 3 choices of cover reasonably priced and able to decide which is relevant to you.

Nice guy, fairly useless policy.

Well George, I think was his name was very nice but his accent made it harder for me to understand him.
Also I do feel that just because I’ve had a procedure, an inbuilt heart monitor, as a precaution which will remain until the battery dies, about 4/5 years it’s deemed ongoing and I won’t be covered for any medical problems I’ve had in the past. Hmm, seems unfair to me.

Easy & quick

Easy form to fill and very good price compared to other well known compare sites. Got my insurance documents within 5 mins. Very easy

DISGUSTED

Further to my previous review and Anne's response I phoned today to take the identical policy again. I was told that the price has now increased by approximately £40. The agent checked with her Manager who said they could not match my previous cancelled policy price even though it was only a few days ago that it was cancelled in error by Staysure!
I'm not wasting any more time with them.

If they don't call today, they will call as soon as they can as I am not sure how busy they are at the moment but we will definitely get this sorted for you.
