Zinhle's service was awesome

Zinhle's service was awesome, my query/request was attended to within 30 mins. I like that customers are given an option to provide their preferred password. She didn't sound robotic and can tell that she/he was willing to assist.

Connected by Ntombomzi after 5 days struggle

After days of struggling with other Agents who kept telling me How to get to Timbuktu using a Train from Cape Town via Jozi. Ntombomzi N understood my problem within a minute and resolved in less than 15 minutes. arranged a Refund and activated a new order.im now connected. thank you so much Ntombomzi i wish everyone there had your passion and focus for Customer Service. you are a great Tool in that Company.

Great work ethic and patience

What made my experience grear was the patience the work ethic and checking up if my problem was solved. Ill give Tiisetso 100%for customer care and well service. If only some agents of yesteday can get tips from thus person how to handle clients and keep thsm happy. Well done Tiisetso S

I was really unhappy when I was debited unexpectedly

I was really unhappy this morning when I had an unauthorised debit on my account and Nobuntu M. was amazing at getting on the phone with me

She was understanding of my situation and she was helpful in escalating the matter so I can be assisted asap.

She turned my whole mood around about this situation

Five Star Service - Gerald Marais

Gerald Marais was excellent in handling my issue. Very professional, polite and took the time to explain all options available to me. I missed his call twice during the day but he made a 3rd attempt to get hold of me (on a Friday afternoon) - I appreciated the urgency he exuded to connect with me and resolve the issue.
Keep Up The Excellent Service Gerald!!!

Worst service

On the 1st of July I woke up to no internet, turned out WA cancelled my line. No warning and no reason. Even the few humans I managed to get hold of didn't know what was going on,(20+ chats later). Every time you chat to them they transfer you and the chat ends. Then you get told u will get a callback and never happens.I have now laid a formal complaint against Webafrica. They are quick to bill but when it comes to delivering a service they are useless. I will also do a stop order with my bank to stop all further payments from Webafrica as I am not paying for a service I am not getting. I know then somebody will contact me and ask why the payments have been declined. #USELESS
In my entire life I have never ever encountered incompetence of this level.Their incompetence is on another level,its like they don't care.

Aaaisha Abdul

Aaaisha Abdul, has great work ethics, a few of the other agents should learn from her . She seems to be the only person that is not incompetent and who is incredibly understanding and helpful , she understood what i needed and took the time to assist in the issue I have been experiencing in the last week.

Excellent Service

Catherine M was very friendly, patient and helpful on the call. She made sure to also understand the needs of the customer so she insisted that we have a call to fully understand what the requirements was. So that was excellent customer service. Keep it up.

Puseletso - The Best!

We were transferred to Puseletso to begin an order process for our company's Fibre. She has been nothing but helpful and so friendly throughout the process. She was quick to give us feedback and put our orders through for us! It was a lovely and refreshing experience working with her! GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!

Best service provider ever!

I have never had any problems with Webafrica, but, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my subscription. Webafrica went over and beyond to assist me. I still have my WiFi, Garth was incredibly understanding, helpful and came up with a subscription plan to suit me. I am forever grateful to have them as my service provider! I've been with them for nearly 3 years and I have always only received the absolute best customer service.

It has taken me 3 days after false…

It has taken me 3 days after false promises to eventually get my one contract cancelled.
Your Willie the Bot is absolutely useless. You have NO line to talk to a real person. Hours of my time wasted. The only saving grace is your Agent Gerald Marais on the whatsapp line who eventually helped me this evening after over an hour wasted. I was extremely lucky to get Gerald who successfully helped me. I rate Gerald 5/5 but WebAfrica as a whole I rate 0/5

I already made payment so the…

I already made payment so the confirmation was given now i was advised on 04.07.2023 at 8am technicians will be at my house.


no one arrived all day and when you call no agents are available no online chat agents are available how ever we still awaiting another call from the technician


dont know why webafrica is the only ISP for my area and i just joined and i need the connection as my family works from home also

Only person that genuinely seems to worry about customer service @ Webafrica

Seems like to only person that is not incompetent who actually understood what i needed and took the time to assist and action and tried to assist on what i said was the problem that i have been experiencing today and the last two weeks, hopefully it will get sorted tommorow
