Ordered items that where not in stock to collect from store , had messages sent to me from evri(Hermes ) saying that they had my items and would be delivering to me ,no indication in the message where they were going so as they included my home address in email I thought that they was now coming direct to me .was waiting for the items as needed them urgently ,first I new that they had gone to the store was a picture of the box on the counter at the Toolstation .
No direct message from Toolstation branch was sent to me that they where available for collection, whole process a bit vague !.
That said items are exactly what I needed and arrived complete and in perfect condition

Designed and purchased a non standard staircase from the company's website ,very very easy to do .comunication from TKStairs was quick and very helpful even when I made some last minute changes .
Delivery went exactly as promised and delivery team contact you before and on the delivery day to let you know what time to expect them .
The most important part of all is the product ,the stairs arrived undamaged and complete with all parts , went together easily and are of fantastic quality.
Would not hesitate to recommend there services and will definitely use them again

Items purchased where fine ,did exactly what they was meant to do .
At the time of my visit store under new lockdown rules and no sanitizer at door and 4 of the 5 customers not wearing masks, which I find unbelievable that they are all exempt ,some eating ,hands at mouths , coughing then using books and pens without then putting to one side so others would not use ,staff not saying anything,
,will not be revisiting this store !!

We ordered a slimline roof lantern in a bespoke size ,from the initial enquiry online to a couple of conversations by phone ,the whole process was handled very professionally.
The rooflight is great quality ,very slim profiles and the 20 year guarantee on the glass units is a welcome bonus .
With good instructions installation was straight forward ,,all materials needed are supplied except the screws to hold it down ,installation only took from start to finish 2 1/2 hours .
I would not hesitate to recommend Roof maker ltd and there rooflights and they will be my first choice for the rooflights in the future

We are so very pleased that we decided to purchase our mattress topper from the Duvet company ,firstly great comunication all the way through the purchasing and delivery procedure , delivery was quick and bang in the middle of the 1 hour delivery slot .We just can't say enough good things about the mattress topper ,hands down the best sleep we've had ,my wife says she just doesn't want to get up in the mornings as it's like sleeping on a cloud , also purchased the mattress topper protector and a 500 tc fitted sheet ,which is so light and smooth ,you have to feel it to believe it .Not cheap but so worth it ,will be ordering some more for our other beds .
