Extremely Disappointing Experience - Stay Away!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Fantastic Services' oven cleaning service. It was anything but fantastic, and I feel compelled to share my frustrating encounter to save others from this ordeal.

First and foremost, the communication barrier was insurmountable. The cleaner assigned to my job could hardly speak English, which made it incredibly difficult to convey my specific requirements.

To make matters worse, the cleaner carelessly used a metal container on my brand-new white kitchen countertop, seemingly oblivious to the potential damage it could cause. Thankfully, I noticed this in time and prevented further harm. The fact that I had to intervene to protect my own property was unacceptable and indicative of the service's lack of professionalism.

What followed was a series of disappointments. After just ten minutes of attempting to clean my oven, the cleaner admitted defeat, informing me that they were unable to complete the job. Assurances were made that I would receive a refund, but that turned out to be an empty promise. I had to wait a grueling four weeks, constantly trying to reach out to Fantastic Services through their unresponsive portal, before I received any response.

The representative, Michael, with whom I finally managed to make contact, demonstrated a shocking level of incompetence and disregard for customer service. He dismissed my concerns and refused to honor the promised refund. In fact, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional, essentially telling me to "go away" in not so polite terms and a 50% refund for services that i have not received was the best he can offer.

The situation only improved when I threatened legal action against the company. It was only then, under duress, that I finally received my GBP155 refund. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

To add insult to injury, the subsequent oven cleaner I hired, who was not affiliated with Fantastic Services, informed me that many of their clients had experienced similarly disappointing encounters with the company. It's disheartening to know that my awful experience was not an isolated incident.

In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how terrible my encounter with Fantastic Services was. From the language barrier to the damage caused, the broken promises, and the abysmal customer service, it was a nightmare from start to finish. Spare yourself the frustration and seek out a reputable and reliable oven cleaning service instead.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Clothes are not as advertised, i had to accept a 50% discount although i had to throw the t-shirt away. If that 50% discount they only paid out 30% in the end. No customer service. This company is a scam

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible service. After i placed an order i never got a confirmation email (my credit card got debited twice). i have sent several emails without response. Trying to get my money back without success. I think this site is a fraud.

Very disappointing experience - Bad service, never ever again...

Very disappointing experience with Moonpig. I placed an order for two birthday cards which were then (for whatever reason) split into two orders. Only one card was delivered and the other one was never sent. The call center (chat only) was not helpful at all. My child couldn't give his self created birthday card to his mum in the morning - Moonpig's agent couldn't care less when i explained the problem. NEVER EVER AGAIN MOONPIG!

Uploading pictures - an awful experience...

Hi, i can't confirm the positive reviews. The upload of pictures is an absolute disaster, i just wanted 100 pictures to be printed but a simple upload turns into a nightmare. Linke are broken, you have to start again and again... NEVER EVER AGAIN...

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

We ordered 2 bespoke heater covers from Kingston Cabinets. They first came to take heater measurements and then a few months later they installed the covers. Both covers changed their shape after 3-4 months of use. The 1-meter-long top shelf "dropped" by 7mm in the middle. Kingston Cabinets claims that this kind of "change" is within their norms. Unfortunately, it now looks rubbish and cheap (and each heater cover cost c.£600). Not the kind of after-care you would expect having paid that price...

We are replying by Trust Pilot as we have been trying to contact you by phone but have had no response. We are very surprised at your review as we had agreed a way forward with your wife, even though we do not believe that there is a manufacturing fault with the cabinet. We established there was nothing wrong with the larger cabinet, however, after investigation with our supplier, they advised the smaller cabinet may have been subject to water ingress and although our cabinets are manufactured using a moisture resistant board they are not waterproof.This could be reason for the very small change. Even so, we had agreed to come back and make minor adjustments to rectify this.
