Best cleaners we have ever had

We had two cleaners that came and did the whole house in half the time.

I believe her name was Diane but I cannot remember his name.

They were the best cleaners we’ve ever had and despite me saying I didn’t think they would have time to do things they did absolutely everything in the house was amazing

Theodore the Fantastic Services…

Theodore the Fantastic Services operative who visited my home to support me during my ordeal of having mice in my bedroom was friendly, and professional and reassured me throughout the visit. He took his time to listen (very important), go through the house, and then discuss the plan going forward. I am very grateful and hope that when I have my subsequent two visits the problem will have been resolved.

The cleaning wasn’t as good as…

The cleaning wasn’t as good as expected, they missed several areas and didn’t move the furniture as requested (I can move the two seater sofa on my own, it is not heavy!).
They were not friendly and sadly we will not be asking them back as we were hoping for fortnightly visits

Problem resolved

After raising my concerns about the quality of my most recent carpet clean Fantastic Cleaners contacted me. They sent another carpet cleaner who re-did all the carpets - with a much better result. Unfortunately, the gentleman who used to clean our carpets has left - and is a real lose to the company but they have done everything they could to rectify the problem. They even sent a hamper as a good will gesture.

Friendly and efficient

I would not recommend this anytime.

I would not recommend this anytime.
It starts with a soft spoken fellow talking to you explaining everything and sending you the mail for quotation.
Then he calls up next day to ensure that you take their services by offering things like sofa and curtain cleaning complimentary.
After discussion, you call them to make a booking, perhaps they realise that they have given a very sweet deal and customers have no where else to go, they refuse to confirm anything which will be complimentary, but in fact provide higher charges than before.
It's a clear case of trying to fool customers to eeke out as much money as possible.
Naturally I didn't go with them.

Excellent customer services.

Usually an excellent company to work with - I use them a lot. However, I experienced a few problems with my last booking. I'm glad to report that FS sorted these very quickly and satisfactorily.

Had an absolutely amazing clean from…

Had an absolutely amazing clean from Fantastic Services today. My end of tenancy clean went really well and the flat is back to exactly how I remember it when I moved in and looks brand new. A huge thanks to the two ladies who did the clean today, it’s a very warm flat with no air conditioning so I’m very impressed with the great work done with no issues. Thanks again, I’ll definitely be using Fantastic Services again!

Was looking for a great deal

Was looking for a great deal. That was the first one I have checked, however, once started talking with the customer service I immediately thought “that’s the right one” for many reasons: price is affordable, everything is clear and well explained, customer service outstanding.

Terrible

Terrible , renewed membership and booked end of tenancy clean including bathroom and en-suite - was then repeatedly called by different people trying to increase quote , even when asked not to get calls . One person so bad I thought a scammer and hung up . Really poor.

Rescheduling issues occurred…

Rescheduling issues occurred repeatedly. Your service told me they had to reschedule my Monday 26 June appointment to Friday 30 June, then texted on Thursday late afternoon telling me my cleaner on Friday will not come with equipment even though I already booked with equipment, then had to reschedule to Saturday 1st July at 9 AM, then my cleaner showed up on Saturday at 11:40 AM. Extremely unprofessional scheduling management so far.
The cleaner himself did a good job so no complaints there.

Excellent removals service at a reasonable proce

My driver turned up on time, and was incredibly helpful with getting my things loaded and unloaded from my old flat into my new place. He even helped me get my mattress up the pretty narrow stairs!

Terrible user experience

Terrible user experience, I almost gave up and went to a different company. I got stuck in the members area for ages and had to open a different browser to get out of it.

I wanted to book carpet cleaning and leather sofa cleaning but couldn’t figure out how to do it do made too separate bookings.

If only I’d tried to book the carpet cleaning first, I would have been offered the sofa cleaning add on but I didn’t. Now I had to pay the annoyingly compulsory £3 environmental charge twice. It’s really not acceptable to force that charge on people. It should be optional or built into your profit margin. This is just virtue signalling.

If I hadn’t had previous good experience with the actual service I would definitely have gone elsewhere.
