HOPELESS

Unreliable, untrustworthy and DHL don't in any shape or form set out to do what they are paid to do... Deliver goods. Use at your peril.

PS they are now telling porkies about the latest failed delivery..... After many calls etc..... Unfair, and untrustworthy!
